Always the best sandwiches!! Great service and lovely staff

Came in last week and can’t believe who I believe is the manager (a man older than everyone else) is allowed to speak to the delivery drivers the way he does! It was absolutely disgusting and I was embarrassed to be in the store. Hardly any filling in the sandwich either

Served by Harley and another lady (that I couldn't quite seem the name of). While the meatballs took a while due to more being needed, I could tell Harley likes to put a lot of effort into making the subs. I haven't seen meatball sauce being put on the bottom before, but it was a lovely addition.

An older man served me (he was a lot older than everyone else who was working).. he spoke to staff really badly in front on costumers and was telling them to put less food than they are meant to in the online orders so he makes more money.. when he made my order he was extremely rude and I would definitely not recommend ordering from here :/

First visit to a subway today very helpful staff great food and service. Clean premises

Do not eat here. Chicken was frozen in sandwich. Small fat man who was the manager had a disgusting attitude and very creepy staring at my daughter. Terrible place

Do not eat here, asked for a 6inch steak and cheese with a large crispers with southwest seasoning and sweet chilli sauce, refer to the crisper photo i got 6 crispers no seasoning no sauce and shoved in a bag, instead of a box, the crispers took so long they double cooked my sub, so it was like a brick with very little filling and dry as a dessert, it also cost more here to eat the same sub as you would in another subway. Please go to a different subway.

Have to add, not all disabilities are visual and me telling you that I have a hard time reading should indicate some help would be appreciated, but instead I was quized on if anything on my voucher was valid.Infuriating! Greeted real friendly, but then left to wait for ages while they did online orders - and then they went to serve someone who came in after me! Showed them the voucher I had and the guy didn't even look at it, just asking me if it's in date and if it's legit... how about take the voucher off me and look at it yourself? Voucher was for a 6inch sub, asked if I could have it as a wrap as I can't eat bread, nope. Gave up and left... Just fully got the vibes that they were disengaged and didn't care. Shame.

Just went to eat there, read the sign max of 4 allowed inside and then 2 deliveroo drivers walked past the cue and went in. My turn came up as 2 customers left and was told that I had to wait as only 4 allowed in. There was 4 customers and 2 deliveroo inside to start with plus the woman behind the counter was totally blunt and made us feel the people who order from home were far more important. Will not visit here for a very long time now, attitude was shocking!

Just got my sandwich when the staff didn’t wrap right and just slipped on the floor of my car. Just came back to subway and the manager said she couldn’t do anything, very rude, not helpful, saying that was my fault, trying to teach me how to hold a subway sandwich. I know it is just a sandwich but was their fault the way they wrapped it. And my car is completely dirty now.
