Swansea Boobo Tea in Swansea

Tapioca is freshly made every day. The staff are so nice and the whole aesthetic of their store is so cute! Best place for bubble tea in Swansea :) In the photo I have an iced caramel latte with tapioca and a taro with tapioca. The plush keychain is also from Boobo Tea!

Today was the first time trying bubble tea, me and my partner traveled down to give it ago, the café was adorable, I got honeymoon and my partner got have a nice day (both from the double fruit on the menu), I am absolutely in love 😍 I think this will be a weekly trip down as a weekly treat! Customer service was lovely! And the guy was very patient with me asking dumb questions 😂🙈 definitely recommend!!

I love this place, the tea is so yummy! I like the classic assam milk tea with tapioca pearls but it does have a lot of caffeine. Luckily the menu specifies which drinks have caffeine and which don’t so I can go caffeine free if I want!

The best bubble tea! Love how many different flavours of fruit tea and pearls they offer, and really appreciate that they state which drinks are vegan and have caffeine in on the menu. Also the cheapest in Swansea and includes 2 free toppings. Definitely recommend!

I was criticised loudly over my order without tea.As I bought 4 drinks, my first time coming here and got this treatment, I will not be coming back—-Update: As I’m unable to reply to commentsA male worker (the only male worker that was working that day) was critiquing my order loudly to the lady who was making this,As i was able to use this centimetres away from the door of the shop, im sure everyone else couldAs I asked for bubble tea; with no tea as I have allergies, he proceeded the ask why anyone who order the drink without tea and laugh!As someone who works in Public Services, I really don’t appreciate this.My custom will not be coming here again.

waiting time was at most 7 minutes & price was amazing for what you get. highly recommend!

They don’t charge you for toppings and you can get up to three (most shops offer 2 with extra charge). I would really recommend this place to anyone who likes bubble tea as it is one of the better ones out there. My only complaint is the long wait which really can’t be helped due to the popularity of the shop. If you are looking for something new to try or you are new to the area give Boobo a try and you won’t regret it.

I always enjoy visiting here! Lots of options for hot and cold bubble tea drinks, with a choice of hot snacks. Many different drink toppings to choose from- I can try something new every time! With a free loyalty card, you can rack up visits and claim a dessert and a drink. Yum!

Love the tea there. Great variety of bubble teas! Amazing customer service. May take a while on a busy day but is so worth it! Great prices and overall is amazing there!
