The food was delicious as iv been there twice now

My local takeaway, I've had 3 meals from here now, and have also had a few from other establishments in Swansea, having been tempted by offers online. I will never be tempted again! The food from Tasty House is delicious, and the portions are very generous. I will never go anywhere else for my Chinese takeaway again.

Food is nice but dont order delivery as they are more often or not an hour or 2 late even though you order the food way in advance. This can be very frustrating when you have kids waiting to be fed.

Four hours late, ordered at 19:00 and arrived at 23:00. Myself and my partner rang the restaurant over 300 times during this time with no response. The delay time just kept going up on the app with no communication from the restaurant. Just eat even tried to ring them multiple times with no response. When it eventually arrived the delivery man was very confrontational and rude having an argument on the doorstep with my partner and tried to take the food back that he had already put on our doorstep. I dread to think what would have happened if this had happened to an elderly couple unable to stick up for themselves. Food arrived completely cold, obviously after four hours! Had a text the next day saying the restaurant has refused to refund any of our money.Please avoid this restaurant if you dont want to be caused unnecessary stress and experience the worst customer service imaginable.

I pick food up here for my mother regularly, who lives locally, and sometimes I eat some with her too. I must say that this really is a tasty house 😁The takeaway food that I have tried here is delicious. One of the best takeaways I have eaten from and I would certainly recommend.

Have used it regularly for a few years. Whether it's an order for 2 or for 8, food always arrives either before or on time, never late. Piping hot, never had a bad dish yet. I won't get it from anywhere else. Delicious menu.

Have used this takeaway for years and years. Every single time the food has been delicious and hot. I dont have a bad word to say about this place. 100% amazing every time. Food is outstanding. Tried the special satay chow mein the other day for the first time and is now my favourite thing to order. Delivered always by friendly people.

Ordered food from this place. Waited hours and nothing, payed via card so called them and they informed me they had delivered my food already. Then asked to confirm address which I did and then said they’ve delivered it to my neighbours. I am clearly not happy as payed for food didn’t receive. Had Absolutely disgusting attitude from the apparent manager on the phone who argued with her apparent boss while put me on hold. Then to be told I am wrong. Gave these robbing low lives almost £28. My advice? Don’t bother! And definitely don’t pay via card.

Absolutely dreadful service and food. counter staff extremely rude Special fried rice contained dried up very fatty meat throughout. chicken and mushroom tasted solely of garlic and the only way to describe the crispy chicken is rubbery. food went straight in bin.

Ordered crab and sweetcorn soup, sweet and sour chicken balls, honey spare ribs, duck in orange sauce, beef curry, pork chow mein, egg fried rice, chips and prawn crackers. They gave us a free bottle of coke. I enjoyed the majority of the food. Crab and sweetcorn soup was the best I've tasted, I also enjoyed the duck in orange sauce, the chicken balls and the pork chow mein which was stunning. I wasn't too keen on the chips or the honey spare ribs, they were too tough. My husband said the beef curry was delicious and on par with other chinese's, he also liked the honey spare ribs, rice, pork chow mein, chicken balls and the chips. I would order from here again because i enjoyed the majority, the food was all piping hot and the food arrived before the time stated but wouldn't order the honey spare ribs again.
