The wife decided to go out for a meal on the off chance, so we ended up here. What a disaster, food was poor, asked for a well done steak in the mixed grill, was rare to medium, sausages were uncooked generally and the took it away came back with just a fragment more of colour on the sausages. The wife had a curry but an Irish curry from the chippy would have had more taste to it.One star for the staff who were friendly and polite.Get a takeaway from KFC be a better choice.

Called here for the first time for breakfast, wouldn't go out of my way to go again. While there was plenty on offer the cooked option had to be orderd instead of buffet style. Not the best of ingredients and parts of it were boiling hot parts of it were cold, i.e. mushrooms and tomatoes.

3 of us visited 8.30pm for a meal restaurant was quite. Food took 40 minutes to come and was very disappointed partners steak was well done and dry when we asked for medium rare, chips were cold and hard. Daughters cottage pie was burnt and no flavour, my gammon was so small and burnt also chips hard and cold and eggs were hard like they were left under the heat lights for a while.no check back to see if our meals were ok but staff standing around talking will not be coming back

This place is great if you have a little child. You can chill out and have a drink, while they burn off some energy in the soft play. Food is okay, what you'd expect from a pub chain, reasonably priced. Staff are consistently excellent, which to me makes a huge difference.

It's our go to place for a family meal as they have a kids zone (chargeable,). Friendly staff, good atmosphere, plenty of well spaced seating and great quality food at very reasonable prices. Going again today. They also have good parking.

Waited 35 minutes to be served to wait an additional 20 minutes to get empty glasses when everyone else was getting drinks poured and served, with my grandma almost going into a diabetic coma. The food took an further 45 minutes to come and the fish was cold and so was the Mac and cheese in the burgers. Finished our meal waited 15 minutes for a member of staff to even walk past that we then managed to wave down to ask about desserts, to be told she'd be straight back after taking a payment and never returned. Then waited another 25 minutes to get our bill. They used to be efficient and our bill would have been over £100 if we were satisfied but we shall not be returning again. We've had family all the way from England for this and we are appalled at the lack of service.SHOCKING

Wow! Just wow! After working in customer facing jobs myself, and tutored customer care. The staff here have it spot on!Friendly, attentive and just made the visit amazing. And then the food! I had a mixed grill this visit, and it was superb... All meats tender and just how I wanted. The whole platter was brilliant, every bit of it.Overall, I just can't give this place and my visit high enough praise.I'll certainly be visiting again and will encourage others to do so too.

Not recommending. Visit was riddled with problems. Staff complaining that supervised children needed to be supervised. Orders dished out to the wrong people after mixing a rare up with a well done then asking to swap plates even though we'd started and they'd missed onion rings off the platter. The ordering app needs to be user friendly and have actually descriptions....Ordered 3 Cokes for £8.10 only to be given glass bottles and glasses and not realising that these weren't the special refill glasses but when my child went to get a refill he was verbally abused, ridiculed and ordered to pour it away without the option of paying for it.I will happily never visit the place again especially with acrid stench of toilets being stronger than any fresheners being used.

Very nice staff. The food is not bad at all. Sometimes a hit or a miss. However we go because the play area is great abs the staff in their are fab with the kids!

Great place to stop for a quick bite. Lovely staff, super quick service and great value meal deal on for a lunch with a friend. 2 meals for £8-99. Good selection, had the smothered chicken with BBQ sauce and bacon. Good size portion with chips, side salad and a piece of garlic bread. Great value for money, will definitely call again when out and about 👍🏻
