TGI Fridays - Swansea in Swansea

Went late one evening on the spur of the moment with my partner. Our server was brilliant, chatty and friendly. There was a slight mix up with my part of the order but I wasn't going to be a 'darren' and complain as people are human and mistakes happen. Our server adjusted our bill without us asking which was a really nice gesture.The food was amazing, as usual, and we will absolutely recommend and go back again.

lovely waiter. disappointed with the food. burger was dry and not happy with the vinegar at the bottom of the buns. not enjoyable

Came during half term with my daughter. We were seated right away and barely no wait before a member of staff came to get our drink orders. Food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely and staff were very attentive...will definitely be coming back! 😋 thank you

Visited here over Feb half term and although the waiting time for service was a little long, we understood why as it was fairly busy (there were still a few empty tables) We didn't need to pre book which was good. The waitresses were really friendly and nothing was too big an ask. The food and drinks were delicious, all round it was a very good experience.

We visited here last night quite late but the staff were more than happy to accommodate. We were served by Ellis... a lovely cheeky chappy. We had such a laugh throughout and the food was amazing. Thank you for looking after us :) will definitely return during our next visit to Swansea

Food was very mediocre, but very much overpriced. This can be seen as overpriced as they regularly offer free dishes on their tgi app worth 8 pounds. Not worth it, you can save £10 by buying a full stack of ribs and chips from a supermarket and put it in the oven yourself for a similar experience.
