Not a bad pub, went there on Saturday night for a few drink. Place was clean and tidy. The drinks were priced well and the girls doing the table service were prompt and friendly.Only gripe were the door staff, kept coming around, keep quiet, no singing. Maybe because this is a "town pub" or times have changed.

The Cross Keys is a great pub I tend to visit before making the jump to Wind Street. It's never not had available seating when I've attended and isn't overly loud.It also has a large selection of beers and spirits from my experience, as well as some of them being extremely affordable

Arrived just before 5pm looking for food after a days shopping. Was told that there were only tables available at the back which was fine. Was then asked if my partner could provide proof of age when this couldn't be provided we were abruptly told we couldn't therefore be served.

Great pint, very reasonable priced. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Great beer garden and music. Live sport also on telly. Great pub, would recommend. Can get busy at times.

This was a really interesting pub, still operating since the 1300s! The building looks like it, too. Old stone and mortar. Almost ruins looking. I had no plans of getting food at the time, but it was close enough to lunch time and the building interested me. Going in, I was greeted by the bartender, whose name I forget, but he was an extremely nice man that gave me a history lesson on the building, as well as other places in Swansea, the Castle, and The Mumbles. I got the fish and chips and assume it was pretty traditional, skin and bones and all. Us Americans aren't used to that, but I got through it ok :) It tasted fine. Lots to choose from on tap. Fast, great service and a really neat building to eat it in!

The bar service was slow not enough staff . However the member of staff that served me was amazing.Telling us to use the ATM as it was free. If you use a card there is a charge of 50pThe toilets were clean and in good order. It was about 25 minutes before we had our food. When the food came it was good and value for money.
