Really enjoyed. Learned a lot about Dylan Thomas from a very modern museum. Staff were absolutely lovely too.

·

Best place to learn about greatest English poet and his contributions to literature

·

Fascinating museum with incredible photos, recordings and well documented history of the great Dylan Thomas, a real joy to visit. The staff are lovely too!

·

A small centre but informative. It's free to enter and a pleasant hour to walk around

·

It has been maintained well. But, I am clueless about why so much importance about Dylan Thomas. The staff was so cooperative, gave good information and were friendly. Can spend some 30 to 40 minutes. It was near the bay so was quite comfortable to commute.

·

Informative museum taking the visitor from the poet's childhood through to his death, with letters, accounts and poetry from him and his friends along the way.

We found the Dylan Thomas centre to be well presented and very informative. I thought I knew enough about the legendary Welsh poet but the exhibits gave me a bigger insight in to Dylan's life. The space is bright and colourful and easy to navigate and suitable for push chairs / wheelchairs. There is some trail sheets for the children and daily activities which take place in the educational room for a suggested donation of £3. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and left with a new found knowledge on the life of Dylan Thomas.

Wonderfully designed space - allows you to go through the poet s life and works with clearly presented documents and evidence. Audio and visual installations really effective. Great additional space for kids too! The venue is really worth visiting.... we almost did not: the side of the building facing the town centre has Dylan Thomas Centre written on it, but is not open to the public - one needs to go to the other side - facing the waterfront... organisers: please label entrance better for those coming from town centre. The place is really great and a most valuable resource! Well done Swansea.

Lovely collection of pieces, arranged in an entertaining, attractive, interactive and informative way. I attended a writing course over a weekend here last summer and found the venue perfect for it, as well as the course itself being enriching. They hold many events here for kids too which is great. Beautiful building, plenty of parking. Needs to be busier! More people should visit this place.

Staff very knowledgeable and their events programme is great! I always look forward to A Child's Christmas in Wales performances every year :)
