Sunday lunch was delicious! Very efficient service and the staff were very friendly. The new decor in the pub is fantastic.

The bar staff were friendly, welcoming and worked hard. The owner never made you feel welcoming. While passing our table a few times. Never even said good day. We had to wait three quarters of an hour for our starters. Instead of the owner coming out to tell us that there was a problem in the kitchen. He left it up to the staff to tell us. The place was not that busy. It is a lovely pub to visit. And has great potential.I would have given our meal 3 to 4 star.

After hearing about the recent change of hands, we decided to have a family meal out and we were not disappointed.We were glad to go earlier as by 7.30pm it started getting busy.The staff were very attentive and service was excellent. Lovely home cooked food, best pub grub we have had in a while.Highly recommended and we will be back 😍

Lovely to see this pub open again. It was extremely quiet when we visited and food is not served all day. The menu looked really good and very reasonable, we'll definitely go back again.

We recently had Sunday lunch there food very tasty good selection of veg available missed out on the cabbage though as the container was empty - will definitely go there again 😋

Newly opened, food reasonably good and on par with when it was under the original owners which I believe it is back with now but sadly staff and service a shambles as others have already commented on and have to agree. Probably won't be on the short list for a revisit anytime soon until the reviews start to get better.

Such a lovely place, so glad this has reopened, the refurb is amazing, feels so warm.and homely. The staff and owners are so polite and friendly and the homemade food was amazing!! Sorry about the photos, we just started to tuck in before they were taken lol. Definitely would recommend again and again. 😃👍🥂
