The Oxwich Bay Restaurant in Swansea

One of several visits over last three years or so as a highlight to regular Gower holidays... (notwithstanding Lockdowns) Disappointed this time ! No Al a carte menu now just set 3, 6 or 8 course menu...choice on 3 courses is limited. At £79 pp for 3 lunch courses it was over priced and a considerable increase to previous visits. So at £268 for three people three courses and one bottle of wine it was not offering me appropriate value. The food was well prepared and presented, service superb, as always to be fair, but I would have liked to see more options at that kind of price for a Michelin star establishment ...no longer interested in re -visiting as it stands..

A great place. We had the six course tasting menu, fairly expensive, but great value for money. It was for my wife's birthday and we both enjoyed it. Service and food impeccable. Recommended

Amazing place the people are 100 % they all work so hard food is lush

Beautiful setting, lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. Attended the Great British Menu Event and the dining experience was one to remember, staff were all first class and head chef came out to explain the story behind the courses. Could not recommend highly enough, loved it.

A quite wonderful meal in a fantastic setting. A privilege to experience Hywel's entry to the "Great British Menu" on our latest visit, and pleased to say that every course was as delicious (if not more so) as we had anticipated. With a few words from Chef himself before each course to explain it's inspiration, and a few anecdotes thrown in for good measure, it was, as always, both a privilege and immense pleasure to dine at Beach House.

Michelin Star Restaurant on Oxwich Beach. Beautiful location for this amazing restaurant. Parking is easy but remember its not owned by the restaurant so there is a £5 charge. I choose the 8 Course Taster menu, every single meal was absolutely delicious. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely a must for a special occasion.

We had a delicious meal! The staff were very accommodating of our dietary requirements. We thoroughly recommend getting the wine flight with the tasting menu. A fantastic place, highly recommended.

The Beach House lived up to expectations. Fantastic food, great service, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful setting.

This was a special treat on our short break.We went for the tasting menu, which is a good way to try as much as possible! Of course with a place at this level the staff were attentive and very professional. Unfortunately we couldn't stretch to the float of wine to go with it, we'll save that for another visit.A lovely and memorable visit.

Outstanding food, beautifully presented and much is locally sourced. Service is excellent, friendly and helpful. Location is stunning.
