Theo's in Swansea

I tried Theo’s Saturday night after they were recommended by a friend and I can’t fault it! Perfectly cooked fish and chips, lovely crispy batter really crispy chips too some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Amazing friendly service, I travelled from west cross and I will most definitely be making the journey again! The best chip shop in Swansea highly recommend

Very good chips, fish, sausage. The curry sauce was spot on. The fishcakes are nice and the cheese and leak rissoles are amazing.

Brilliant chips and a relatively fast service. Can be a bit busy in the evening when takeaway drivers are also collecting orders. Would recommend!

Overall a very good experience. Very friendly and staff, and the fish and chips were cooked to order. The chips were great—they had a nice texture and weren't greasy like some other fish shops. The fish was also cooked nicely, and was tender and flaky. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fish batter could have been a bit crispier, particularly on the inside, and was a bit pale.

Fish and chips not as good as many other places. Tried this place on advice but really disappointed! The fish was not fully cooked so the batter was soggy and oily 😞, chips.... Well, nothing to write home about.

Excellent fish and chips usually freshly cooked so arrives hot when delivered. Curried chicken and chips - a filling portion. Veggie burgers very tasty. My only complaint so far is the lack of the availability of a smaller portion of chips for people with smaller appetites and those wanting a healthier treat. Great to have high quality delivery information from order to door. For the delivery, the supply of sachets of salt, vinegar and tartar sauce at no extra cost a useful surprise in the paper carrier bag.

Best fish & chips in Swansea by a distance! Huge portion and great quality fish on the regular fish n chips and the calamari was 10/10. The staff were all really friendly on the phone and in person. Will be back every Friday! Definitely would recommend 👍

Ordered from here through Just Eat, the service was really fast - taking about half an hour total. While the chips were delicious, and some of the best I've had, the 'large' portion was not as big as other chip shops. The onion bhajis were soft when they should be crispy, and the mozzarella sticks were overcooked and tasteless. There wasn't much difference between the Irish and Indian curry sauces, but they both tasted good. I'd recommend if you just want chips, but maybe not if you want sides too.
