Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, nice modern shower. All in all would stay again. Only issue is that there is no parking specifically for the hotel and the NCP connected is expensive (~£17 for 24 hours)

We stayed in a family room for two nights. The room was spacious and well presented, as you would expect from Premier Inn.It didn't seem like the heating worked and the double bed was very wobbly which was a concern when you have a hyperactive disabled daughter. The location is great if you want pubs, bars and restaurants and the car park charged us £2 til 10am the following morning, so brilliant affordability.Would definitely stay again!

Had two separate stays, the first night very good, the room was huge as it was in the building curve, very clean and well looked after. Second stay, the room stank of cigarettes so requested another, everything ok, but only one towel, so another trip back to reception. Got the impression the stinky room was just put straight back into inventory for the next person since they asked me if I had used anything and in the room. There is only one lift working, and it's really slow.Location was good, lots of things around. Didn't use the car park, felt it was too expensive, also needed to charge my car, so can recommend East Burrows Road Pay & Display, about 5 minutes away, it has 2 chargers, perfect for overnight, and if you arrive after 9:30am it's £2 until 8am the next day, and also free Sunday's.

Just love this place, smack bang in the middle of the city centre, be warned the city centre does get lively, so expect party revellers going to their rooms at all hours of the early mornings, with no regards to other members of the public, that are safely tucked up in bed zzzzzzzz

A city centre Premier Inn yes we heard alarm bells ringing because let's face it this one is located in a busy city centre right outside a busy street with restaurants and clubs outside. However I can honestly say that we heard no street noise at all in our Family room on the 3rd floor. If you'd stayed in a Premier Inn before and known what to expect then you'll get the dame experience here no issues at all with an easy check in process with there friendly front staff.Decent sized room with your basic needs and an extra sound proofing window that you can easily open to open the main window, basically you open this then there's a net and the main window and with the second one closed you can tell the difference as there was no outside sounds coming in.Breakfast was as always excellent as it was one of there all you can eat continental ones so basically you pay around £9.50 and its all you can eat with a vast choice of fryup and toast aswell as cereals, teas coffees etc and kids eat free. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend staying here with kids as we did with a 4 year old and he slept brilliantly.

Rooms good standard service friendly! The meal deal is appalling value for moneyHaving stayed in theses hotels across the country approximately 20 times a year the meal deals offer a shocking choice of food. This meal deal has gone down hill dramatically in the last year.

No street noise! Overall very impressed! Stayed for business, Jade at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Dan who served me in the restaurant multiple times was very welcoming, and certainly added do my stay experience. Thank you, will be recommending.

Typical city centre Premier Inn, perfectly situated for a night on the booze, and all.the drunken noise that comes from it. The bloke behind the counter, short mole looking chap, really needs a public relations course. Very rude.

The rooms were nice and clean and it is situated in a great location. I only gave 3 stars because the breakfast wasn't as nice as other premier inns I've stayed in and the bar and restaurant were very understaffed! There was only one person running the bar and restaurant area. So we had to wait a long time for service which was annoying when all we wanted was a drink.

Customer service was shocking 🙄. Bar did not open till 6pm.. no iron in the room to iron our clothes. No telephone in the room to contact reception with problems had to use the mobile or go downstairs all the time..Rooms were clean..I have stayed in many Premier inns and this was the worst and the most I have ever paid for a room..
