Turtle Bay in Swansea

we enjoyed bottomless brunch here served by the lovely Caitlin. She was very informative and looked after us very well. After working in the industry for years I found her hosting fantastic and would be proud to have her on my own team . Thanks for a lovely day Caitlin!

Really recommend the bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay Swansea. Stunning food and cocktails. Excellent value. The visit was made all the better by welcoming staff. Our waitress Hadley was very friendly. Recommended lovely cocktails and made us feel so welcome. As soon as our glass was empty she was already there for the next order. Will definitely be back again soon.

Really cool place in a great central location in Swansea. We had a 40min wait for our food but we were told that straight away and the staff were very good at keeping us updated and checking on us for drinks etc so it was absolutely fine. I had the Jerk Chicken Breast with spiced fries but one of my friends had the Curry Goat Hash which looked incredible! I'll definitely be trying that next time 🙂

Caitlin was great. She helped us make the most of our bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. We were checked on frequently throughout the 2 hours and even managed to squeeze us in an extra cocktail each at the end!! 5 starts for her well done will come again only if she’s working xx

Caitlin was a star. She was on the ball and so kind. Made sure we got the best experience for our bottomless brunch. Caitlin helped with any questions we had and was very welcoming and helpful!

The service I had was sublime. I had a pint of resdstripe and the banter I had with the bartender jake was hilarious. Whilst Fin Franklin ,a cocktail connoisseur, gave me solid life advice! I've been here a few times and every time I come away having had tasty food, good drinks and pleasant service. I would recommend this highly as a go to watering hole in Swansea.

What an amazing waitress we had! Jaime couldn't do enough for us. It was the 1st time we had been out in 2yrs for a Mum & daughters day! We had the bottomless brunch and she was constantly at our table filling our drinks order! Would definitely come back to Jamie 💗

Very nice place!! Lovely staff and lovely food, I did feel they were a bit harsh with the size of the scoops of ice cream though especially compared to the prawns. Also, I'd recommend moving the hand sanitizer from where it's currently positioned on the table to avoid what I almost did which was almost putting it on my food

Impromptu bottomless brunch! Did not disappoint! Service was great, cocktails were great, food was great! Can't wait to do it all over again!

My experience at turtle Bay Swansea was OK.AmbienceThe atmosphere in the restaurant was quite nice and good for picture.The tables were not properly wiped and were sticky and the cutleries were not well polish and dirty.HospitalityThey were understaffed and this showed in their service. The menu was not updated and I had to reorder a couple of time. The manager was kind enough to give me a discount for my trouble but I didn't get my no 1 modules.LocationIt is located in a perfect location in town, just next to the shops and a few minutes from the train station.FoodThe meal was tasty but wasn't extraordinary.I expected a proper Jamaican touch but was disappointed.
