Great food and service. Covid-friendly and big menu. Only limitation is there not much space for indoor dining. Would recommend.

This use to be the best place in swansea for a breakfast they are absolutely fantastic but this place has gone drastically down hill. They have changed what was a great place and made it take aways only losing the great atmosphere they use to have. If you are lucky enough to to sit on one of the two tables they now have inside it is served in a cardboard box and subsequently lots of customers walk out the door not making an order and still hungry. This is a really poor judgement call from the management team and I am sure I am not the only one who is disappointed

Went for breakfast and ate in the diner. Food was good but felt (covid) unsafe whilst eating. Felt we were packed in like sardines. Was sat to the right as you walk in and when we first arrived many tables around us were empty. During our visit that changed quickly and it became full. The back of my chair was literally touching the back of the persons seat behind me! Had to ask them to pull thier chair in to be able to get out to leave, we were that close. Although they hardly had anymore room to give me it was that tight. In this climate it isn't great. Some tables really need to be removed to help the situation.

Ordered the pancake breakfast which is £6.75 which is nothing like the description!!! 3 shop bought tiny scotch pancakes out of a packet, no powered sugar or syrup, 2 pieces of bacon and an egg , food was stone cold and covered in grease . Really not happy , completely ripped off 😡

Ordered a meal to be delivered, and there was no suggestion of a lengthy wait. 1.5hrs later I call them only to be assured it's with the driver.45 minutes later it's still not here and nobody is answering the phone! So I've paid for an order that hasn't arrived, AND I've been lied to by Uplands Diner!Whether busy or not - This is not customer service! All I wanted was a meal after a really long shift!

Absolutely love this dinner, been most days this week to have the avcardo on toast. Worth every penny staff are friendly and welcoming,

Servings size was big for how much I paid for and the food was delicious (it's Halal as well). The staff was friendly and would come back here again if I'm in Swansea again

Service was a little slow, but not exceedingly slow, was a long hair in my pancakes but they were nice. Didn't want to complain as I didn't want to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for more. Cappuccino was horrible, watery and bitter with a small amount of froth on top, Mediterranean vegetable wrap was nice. Was an attractive waitress with nice cherry red dms so was nice to have a bit of eye candy while I waited. Good choice of vegetarian options. Overall I would go again but opt for a latte
