Always been happy with hot veg biryani and veg marsala dishes.

Asked for naga chicken it turned up with not much sauce on it and not spicy at all, ive given it 2 stars as the chips were nice and the keema nann was nice, really disappointed with the curry

Have ordered twice for delivery and both times the food was tasty and piping hot. The delivery was on time and the driver was pleasant. Will be our go-to Indian in future.

Found chicken in my vegan curry....Ordered a vegetable madras (put a note to make sure that they made it vegan) and my friend ordered chicken vindaloo. Found it odd when curry arrived that the vegetable dish said vindaloo instead of madras.While eating it found a small piece of chicken in my dish. Figured out that they made the chicken vindaloo and obviously scooped the sauce to make my vegan vegetable dish.Called to get refund and did not even get an apology. That made me mad! They denied it and said “prove it” which I can since I have a video but that’s not the point the first thing they should have said is sorry!Might as well add that have visited this place twice before and both times I got a bad stomach so haven’t visited them since, and only ordered tonight as my neighbour wanted curry and said let’s give them a try. Took my curry home and was thoroughly disappointed.Needless to say it’s the last time I’ll be trying these people with poor customer service and no idea how to cater for vegans and indeed vegetarians for that.

Amazing food has to be one of the best in the Swansea area, always a warm welcome. I've slowly made my way through the amazing menu and can highly recommend all of the dishes.

A very poor dinner. Didn't enjoy it all. Oh except for the rice.The popadoms were soggy. Like they had been waiting in the restaurant all day. Definitely not fresh.Samosas had no flavourAnd an extremely watery tarka daal.There was no taste to the tikka masala either.I definitely won't be coming back!Hoping to find a really good Indian in Swansea !!

The food was awful my partner couldn't eat it as it tasted like perfume. The food was 40mins late and cold I have never had such disgusting food delivered I will never order again

Really enjoyed everything from here. We ordered a take-away online and the ETA was spot on. It seems really nice inside with modern decor and a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and welcoming too. Will visit again. Recommended.

We ordered a delivery at 7.45pm and given an est. deliver time of 45 minutes. I called to ask where it was at 8.45pm and was told it would be with me in 5 minutes. When I called again 15 minutes to ask why it still hadn't arrived and pointed out that we'd been told 5 minutes, the bloke on the other end of the phone hung up on me mid sentence. The food finally arrived at 9.35pm. It was luke warm and nobody felt hungry any more. No attempt from Zaal to make up for this in anyway. I was a mug for paying in advance. Save yourself a fleecing - I'm off to post this review on Tripadvisor, Just Eat and any other site I can find.
