Great coffee nice staff,Wilma visit again.

They do not provide any gluten free bread only biscuits but you don't want for breakfast 👎

Nice relaxing coffee, too small inside though

I know it's a coffee shop but I asked for tea ? They make their life very complicated and queue structure gets longer than is necessary people then find tables and sit and wait for they're older stops you finding somewhere after you've cured got yours it's probably easier just go sit in the car

Unfortunately this store can't seem to handle busy periods on weekends. On two Sunday visits (about two months apart) it took around ten minutes to queue, order and then receive my order. It got so bad that they were queuing out the door and some abandoned the shop to go to Starbucks around the corner. Things picked up when another employee helped the barista with the orders but overall it was a negative experience from what was once a great coffee shop.

Very lovely staff, coffees are always made with care and taste great.

Massive queue and only 2 Batista's working which wasn't actually the issue.... The issue was that said Batista's would not stop talking to eachother and this made the queue longer! Whether there's 2 or 20 of them behind the counter service will be slow if they're all talking to eachother instead of doing their jobs

Went for a quick coffee and hot chocolate for my better half place was busy had to queue, but thats life these days. When I eventually got to front of queue I was greeted by a friendly smile and polite service. Although it looked under staffed the dealt with my order in a timely manner, and both drinks were great . Thanks for looking after us in these difficult times 🙂

Took a while to order and receive the order.Had my mask on etc. Jacob the worker was good at telling people to keep 2meters in the queue. He excelled at wearing his mask on his chin, talking to his colleague without his mask on at not a 2meter distance. Of course I am happy to apply to the new rules. But Costa, if your staff can't keep to the new rules they really shouldn't be telling paying customers what to do.

Really lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the day we went was very busy. A huge selection of cakes. Only problem was adhering to the one way system, there were a couple of tables with pushchairs and we had one so couldn't pass through. There is outdoor seating available too with a cover. Really lovely pitstop.
