Croesy fish bar and Chinese takeaway in Torfaen

We had a meal last week my partner has been ill last few days after it food was very salty we did get or money back but will not order from them again very horrible food

Salty! Wrong order & specifically said via telephone! Even forgot the menus we asked for but doubt be ordering again. Gave tip to driver too!

Awful, not worth the calories. Used to be really good, but they have really gone south in a Hurry. The food arrived cold, and the batter stale and soft. If you complain the owner argues with you and re-sends food that is so spicy it's inedible. Don't waste your money!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went to try this place for the first time tonight, asked if we could place an order to collect, the woman on the phone rudely interrupted me and said 'absolutely not as we have too many orders we cant cope' and put the phone down. If the attitude is like this, then I dont want to experience the food!

We really fancied a Thai green curry and it seemed this was the only place in Cwmbran we could get one. We ordered 2 portions, 1 beef 1 prawn and a large bag of chips.We got a very small bag of soggy chips, 1 portion of chicken and 1 of prawn of what can only be described as green water covered water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. It had never been near any coconut milk and they couldn't even get the meat right in an order of 2 dishes.Really dire.

Amazing food, remember Like from Oakfield? This is his new takeaway.. Customer service was first class.. Looking forward to going there again soon.

Who puts Gravy on the special fried rice the food was cold and soggy. Definitely no worth the money what a let down. Keep well clear

Although it's on the other side of town I still prefer to go to croesy Chinese. Both the food and the service is top notch. Deliveries are good too. If they say 40 mins it is.

Ordered chips, curry sauce, battered sausage and spring rolls for my service user, chips were Ok, battered sausage was inedible, batter peeled off in one and looked uncooked and the sausage was rubbery and tasted awful. Phoned them to complain to be told the sausage was chicken and not pork as is normal. Surely we should've been informed of this before we purchased them. The result of this is myself and my service user vomiting. Never order from here again, avoid at all costs!!!! £20 down the drain!

Always great service and food from Chris and her team. I use all the time. I've had more issues with the cash point outside than the food.
