Kaspa's Desserts in Torfaen

Their food is very nice but the service is painfully slow. Waited about 20 minutes just to place our order as the staff member on the till was going at a snails pace. The restaurant itself is also very loud, with crashing and banging going on the entire time we were there (presumably the sounds of them making the shakes, I guess?).

Overpriced! Very, very overpriced. Better of going to Mc Donald’s for a McFlurry or a kids cone. £8 for a sundae half of which was cheap fake squirty cream! Never again! Better desserts in any pub. Avoid. Save your money

First visit to this place on Saturday. Ordered chocolate fudge cake slice. For the price , disappointing. More a slither of cake.By comparison and for the same price, see other photo of what you can get at the competition.1st and last visit.One word. Tight .

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience with the room service we received in a local 4 star hotel, even with having a Penhouse suite. So to salvage what was left of the evening, we came to Kaspas. Never been here before, great service, great deserts, saved what was left of the evening. We will be back again before returning back to London. Thanks Kaspas!

It was pretty quiet when we went, but it's early December and I expect the queues are round the block on a hot summer day! The portions are generous - lovely, huge waffles the size of a tea-plate - not the miserable, dry rectangles you get in shops!. The waffle was beautifully light and there was plenty of topping with a lovely swirl of ice cream. I had banana split sundae and this was huge! The banana was ripe and the cream topping generous - some of the fudge bits were a bit hard, but that's the only minus point! Gorgeous!

Great ambiance and the puddings are so lovely it's hard to know which one to try first now I have to go back and try the next on the list.

Best waffles and cookie dough ive had...ever. and you must have the bubble slush amazing. Everyone there are amazing, polite and attentive. Highly recommend

Amazing desserts provided on a warm day. Staff were courteous and helpful. Well worth the price and so filling too. very quiet at time of visit, which was unusual.
