KFC in Torfaen

How mean can a company be. 3 pieces of chicken and a tiny portion of warmed up, old fries. Not even enough to eat one fry with each bite of the chicken. Chicken not bad but not fresh. Fries look and taste like they are half a day old. Look at the colour of them. Even the bag that they came in was half empty. Only once i had driven several miles away that I find this. Look at the size of the box. I know it's not that biggest meal in the world but the box looks empty. Mark up on this food must be in the thousands of percent yet they give old discoloured tiny portion of fries. I won't be back at KFC pontypool again.

Service terrible……. Girl hung up the intercom before i had finished my order got to the window and was told it couldn’t be added. Gave us totally the wrong meals and the chicken was horrendously cooked unfortunately it will only let me post with 1 star but it deserves zero stars will NEVER go to kfc new inn again appalling all around.

I could que for mcdonalds on the roundabout by the harvester and get served before joining the kfc drivethru with 3 cars in there, slow is an understatement, they should close this and open something else.

Once again they've missed out items on drive.thru. this time, only 1 fries when I ordered 2, and no dips. Every time they miss out something, they must owe me pounds, but all they say when i ring is to go back and collect. Who wants to do that? not convenient, price of petrol etc.Absolutely pathetic

Picked up a takeaway for myself and my boys. We then drove home. The food was still hot. It was also excellent. The service was efficient the staff seemed to be happy and worked well as a team.

Worst KFC I've every had bought a ten piece bucket only thighs and drumsticks spoke to staff they said I should have asked for breast portions .They meat was luke warm and the fat inside had congealed taste awful.Will never go back to this restaurant poor food and staff just give a dame

Ordered on the app. Went through the drive though. Very slow! Order done quickly. Got home to find no chicken in the children's meal. Rang to explain. Not helpful. Only offered a refund for the meal which I have to go into the restaurant to claim. Had to go out a second time to get something for the child. Not acceptable.

SHOCKING!!!!! Was asked to wait in the car park after making payment. Was sat there for 45 minutes to go and ask where our food was to be told payment hadn't been taken ( I will be checking). Boy stood picking black nail varnish of his hands then preparing food.Spoke to a lady that did everything she could but gravy was like dirty dish water.Disgusting won’t be going back at all ……. Worst customer service ever.Stay and home and have a slice of toast it’s much safer

The food was what you expect, no issues, all standard. Staff were ok, not particularly warm or welcome. Napkins only given after requesting them but who eats a KFC without them?

Really dirty inside as you walk in - grubby floors and bins full. Figured this was just because a Friday night but should have been a warning sign. Ordered from terminal - receipt didn't print. Then had half an hour wait for our food without any staff at the till to tell us why. At least four other people waiting for longer, plus four delivery drivers. When someone complained we were told they "ran out of chicken and had to cook more", something that's never happened at any other KFCs we have been to (surely when your only product is chicken you'd make sure that doesn't happen). Food when it arrived wasn't great, was at least hot but tiny portion of fries and the chicken batter was falling off and greasy. Larger pieces of chicken also slightly pink around the bone. No explanation or apology given as to the wait, and fries were just chucked on top of the chicken in the bag. A lady who had been waiting longer than us complained about cold chips, was told to "calm down" and swore at by one of the staff. Manager didn't seem to care, nor did the other staff. Overall horrible experience eating in at the worst KFC we have been to, worldwide. No idea how they're retaining their franchise.
