Mcdonald's Restaurants in Torfaen

So slow, used to be quick and easy, I don't dare go inside now as the delivery peps take priority, meaning for a simple drink or single burger you are waiting 20+ minutesDrive thru us slow at all times but that's cause noone goes insideFancy self service and decoration has made it worse than ever

Can't complain, McDonald's is McDonald's anywhere you go, the staff were friendly and courteous and the ice cream / cold drinks machine was working.. happy days!

Called in after a long exhausting hospital visit to treat my little boyDon’t usually post comments/reviews but the staff on duty today was amazing so welcoming especially the two girls front of house - The one is also super amazing with children offering them colourings balloons interacting with them us food was fresh too so super bonus and the store looked so clean - well impressed thank you 😀

Absolutely shocking service! Been waiting more than 40 minutes for food, nothing quick about this fast food restaurant! Definitely do not recommend this location!! This would be rated 0 if it was allowed, pathetic.

The worst McDonalds in the area. The staff, particularly the blonde girl with false eyelashes, are rude and don't even acknowledge you when giving you your food at the drive thru window, just chuck the food in the car.The service is very slow and when it comes it's often incomplete - I had 2 items missing from my order of 5 items recently.The staff are too concerned with 'bantering' with each other behind the counter to serve properly - they come across as very childish and incompetent.

If I could give minus stars I would. Time and time again the orders are wrong. No drink. No fries. Cold. Delivery. Drive thru. Order in store. Never in my life would I think that putting a product in a paper bag could be difficult until I encountered Mcdonalds Pontypool. Avoid like the plague. One stop disappointment shop. 👎

It's clean and nice inside. Food is freshly made and served hot. I'm not a personal fan of the beef found it dry, so that let me down.

Qued for 30mins only to be told no ice cream at all then it took another 10mins to leave. 1 sign would have saved it all and they had been out ALL day. It was 6pm Not a happy bunny

Not very impressed, the service was very slow and the burger was almost cold and devoid of flavour and quite dry. They also missed an item off my order. Not a great performance.

Shocking thought I'd pick one up so done the click and serve to receive my drinks with no tray and quote she 'couldn't find one', only to get home to see that my order was incomplete and only one burger in the big mac.Finally got through on the phone and they instantly thought it was my fault to receive a code to replace the items next time.Thanks but no thanks
