Pizza Hut in Torfaen

Manger Levi at pizza hut Cwmbran was rude and damaged my clothes with a jet wash very unprofessional staff by look at recent reviews with pizza hut I really think they need to look at the management they employ as Levi can not mange at all !!Update after much going back and forth where there care team which were no help at all with late reply times so disappointed in this company I have had to seek legal advice avoid at all costs !!!!

Ordered from there and never again they basically stole money of me, ordered a pizza and sides on the Just Eat app which apparently they don't know what order comes through there and when I cancelled the order did they refund me the money? no they charged a cancellation fee which was the price of my order. Pizza Hut is a scam and is doing some shady stuff

-Awfully prepared food, no effort made (see pics)-Food is always 15-30m later than quoted.-Items out of stock need to be chased via customer service for refunds, so expect to budget 30-60m chasing people and calling to explain the items you ordered were not delivered as out of stock. No idea why the store cant issue refunds, just archaic.-Avoid at all costs, the place is a joke. (Based on 4 takeaways in the last year, I am an idiot for giving them extra chances)

Don't bother with this place.Ordered online, 30 minutes after it was due to arrive I called, got hung up on multiple times until a rude guy told me he was about to make it and put it in the oven (45 mins late at this point).It's now 2 hours since we ordered and despite being very polite and patient they were rude and our pizza is an hour late as he begins to make it. Don't order from here, it's awful.0/10 customer service0/10 timeliness3/10 food quality

I would give 0 if I could. Appalling customer service. The first complaint I had was our food was 2 hours late. The next complaint I had was when I complained about the lateness they told me their area manager would be in contact. My email and phone number were on the screenshots of the order I sent them. The area manager then proceeded to contact me on my Facebook through his personal Facebook. They offered me a £25 re order. Which apparently now I can't use. Even though I have all the proof that it was sent. But I can't send them the message because of their new data. I also at the beginning of this week was hacked and someone took my rewards. I finally got them back tonight, spoke to head office and they okayed me ordering 2 separate Pizzas to collect. Spoke with Levi there on to be told no. He said he rang me but it wasn't my number he called. I showed him the messages and he refused to see them. I told him what had happened earlier that week, he then proceeded to tell me that he had 3 people with the same story that came in earlier. I showed him the emails between me and head office about the incident but he still didn't give me my order.

Website is shocking at the moment advertising pizzas that they no longer sell and when I called up about a deal that was I was being charged incorrectly for the staff member said chose a different one then and hung up the phone. Then tried to order again was told it would be 30-40mins and turned up over an hour and a half later, called multiple times to see where my order was and I was told its on its way. I have received better service from nuisance call centers, only good thing was the delivery driver Lee was fab he would easily get a 5 star rating

I placed an order of £31.57 via the Pizza Hut website , after waiting over an hour (eta 19:20) I called at 20:00. It took around 6 attempts over 20 minutes for a pizzahut employee to answer the phone. At which point I asked where my order was. They explained it was not on the system and to contact support for a refund. I have been billed and waited almost an hour and a half for food that was never going to turn up. To then be greeted by a staff member on the phone with no apology stating there was nothing he could do and that I could re order and pay for the meal again.Absolutely disgusting service, I am now down £31.57 with no food and no refund!Extremely poor customer service**Over one week later and still no attempt from Pizzahut to issue a refund, disgusting service**

Brilliant customer service. We are regulars, our order came but was incorrect, we called and realised it was our own mistake - despite this Pizza Hut were really kind enough to correct our order and get that to us within 20 mins even though this is perhaps the busiest time/day of the week. Extremely grateful, will continue to buy from. Thanks all at Pizza Hut!!

Ordered online but after almost two hours of waiting our food still hadn't arrived. We phoned to see what had happened to out order and was told it was just leaving. Half an hour later and still nothing. Another phone call and apparently it was just leaving again! We said it was too late and wanted to cancel and get a refund. Apparently we have to email to get a refund which can take 5 days! I will never use pizza hut ever again!

Disappointed, first time trying and won't order from this pizza hut ever again. Food took hour to deliver, sides were under baked, and our cookie was burned. Waste of money and time. Also round piece of ice was on top of ice cream when we opened it. Tasted like they melted and were frozen again.
