The Boat Yard Tea room in Torfaen

Always luv a trip to the boat yard. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy a toastie and a coffee ☕️ staff are friendly, prices are so reasonable, food is scrummy and its a nice peaceful area to sit and watch the world go by before a walk.

Brilliant place to stop for coffee and toast on our canal walk . Check open times not 7 days.Onè of many return visits no water in basin due maintenance work . Cafe still open . Interesting view .

Nice staff, great service and good food. It's a shame I was only visiting Pontypool and don't live close as I would make my visit a regular occurrence.

Great value and good food. Love what the staff do for good causes too. Recommended after (or before) a long walk along the towpath as the best coffee around.

Lovely cafe ,ideal for canal walking or cycling

This morning we decided to try this gem of a place near the canal.A boat cafe that literally did the beast breakfast that I have ever had.Their homemade walnut caken is also a must!

lovely place to visit on a sunny day.The cafe is the perfect place to sit with a cuppa and enjoy the surroundings.Fantastic food at very reasonable prices.

Excellent food, fantastic service and value for money. Had breakfast here 2 days out of 3 in the area!
