Just had the best piece of battered cod ever from the Horseshoe this evening. It was cooked to perfection.

Never had a bad meal from here. Their fish is cooked to perfection. Good amount of food all cooked perfectly . Looks lovely and clean. Staff are polite and friendly . Highly recommend.

We love the food from here! Order regular and it's always great.Customer service is amazing too, they tried contacting us by phone and email about an unavailable item. When they didn't get a response they sent someone to our house to tell us.Keep doing what you're doing! :)

Lovely fish and chips. The fish is cooked beautifully - the fish is tender and flakes nicely, the batter is crispy and it's not oily or greasy in the slightest. A place to go if you want some of the best cooked fish.The rest of the menu is as expected, with a decent range. The prices are very fair.

Excellent fish and chip shop the friendliest staff. I'm from Cwmbran but whilst visiting mates up pontypool. I gotta get something to eat there. RECOMMENDED
