A-One Tandoori in East Ayrshire

I am a regular customer and never have any complaints however tonight I ordered a pizza and there was a white hair baked Into the crust (everyone staying in my house is dark haired). After phoning to complain the told us nobody working had white hair and that it must have been one of ours and we’re not willing to send out a replacement, we were told we would have to buy another pizza and give them the old one back.Absolutely shocking service. That’s a house of 5 regular customers you are missing out on. Won’t be back

Ordered food around 19.25, for it to arrive 2 hours later....dry, bland, beyond average food and ignorant staff who think it's normal to lie about delivery times? Never again will I order from here and wouldn't recommend to anyone who has any taste for Indian food unless you enjoy tasteless dry (reheated) food.....ordered direct instead of Just Eat and ordered a set meal which consisted of dry (reheated) pakoras. Only thing edible was poppadoms and chapatis

Fantastic food and service everytime, worth waiting for potentially long delivery times on busy nights for their food. Though I have never waited over an hour their cuisine is so worth it.

Disgusting food, chips are frequently still frozen and they try to give you food poisoning by giving you raw chicken. when you phone to complain they say they'll give you money off NEXT time, not fix the food you've just received. Awful place and kitchen is dirty

Lucky to even get one star.got a hoagie and well was nothing how a hoagie is meant to be.was al smashed up in the box and we asked for burger sauce and its not even burger sauce.it was mayonnaise with tomato ketchup in it.was only good enough to give to the dogs.

I only had cheesy chips so I can't say too much, but they were oddly crunchy in a way that wasn't that nice. Thought I was going to lose a tooth.

Food I ordered was absolutely shocking chips were solid coulda bounced them off the floor, Kebab meat was dry not happy at all, certainly will not be ordering from here again.

Whole pizza went in the bin, dry as a bone, slightly burnt and topping in middle only, that was after waiting an hour for delivery. Called the shop to advise and was told I would get £5 off my next order but won't be taking them up on that offer as will be going elsewhere. One star for the kebab and another for the pleasant girl who answered the phone and was apologetic.

Very disappointed, curry sauce was watery no consistency at all and very little meat that's just the lamb , the chicken curry was cold and so watery and also very little meat. The salad was a joke, couple pieces of iceberg lettuce and two pieces of onion for "£1.90".Won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend .
