Balti House in East Ayrshire

Ordered the 12 inch largest Mega Munchy box. We received two pieces of chicken pakora and three pieces of mushroom pakora and it was all soggy (including the box) as we had waited almost an hour on delivery on a Tuesday night! When I called to confirm that the large munchy box only contained 2 pieces of chicken pakora the guy told me I shouldn't have ordered the large as I would have got the same with the smaller box. He was very patronising, putting on a fake accent, calling me dearie and telling me chicken was very expesive but that if I had ordered pakora only I would have recieved SIX pieces of chicken! He agreed that this was a sharing platter, we didn't even get 5 pieces of veggie pakora! I mean he put on a fake "I don't speak english well" accent and laughed at me 😕

Good food, but delivery service is terrible. Last four occasions, over an hour each time.

That was the BEST meal we've ever had from a Balti house. Seriously.Gluten free.Reasonable price.HUUUUUUGE portions.We ordered on the phone and were alerted to the meal deal, which gave us our order AND MORE, for less!!!We collected 25 mins later and the food was PIPING hot.Utterly delicious. We live in London and we will be coming back to Scotland soon - we will make a point of returning.

Best food ever including milkshakes however the cakeshake is probs the best of all. Very friendly staff with very quick service

Was so disappointed tonight .go to balti all the time got meal for 2 and a mixed platter. My chicken korma was bland no taste at all and my hobbies wasn't much better. And the platter for my son wasn't up to much .so sad as usually good.

Our "go to" local takeaway. Consistent high quality in the relatively small area of their extensive menu that we use, but I've no reason to think that it's "less travelled roads" are any different.

First time used this place absolutely lovely. Came early then said. Well worth the money. Had loads for the price. Will be using this place again next time in the area. 🖒

Fantastic food,, well made, friendly staff

Never been disappointed with quality/ quantity or cost. Too many favourite dishes to list ! My favourite takeaway without a doubt. Fantastic friendly staff who will always take the time to welcome you.
