Burger King in East Ayrshire

I used to like Burger King the best but having been here and been served food that was cold and been told they don't serve full sugar drinks. Don't think I'll ever be back to any Burger King again after this experience.

Went here a few weeks ago .orderd at drive through . Not a problem paid cash. . tonite a went again (drive through) got to window to pay with cash an was told card only. A explained a paid cash only a few weeks ago an was told again card only. No where does it say card only. Not even the staff to tell u card only when u make Ur order. Customer service is shockin won't b back

Slowest service ever in this BK. Seem more interested in the carry out/local deliveries (deliveroo etc) than serving instore. We waited in a very short queue for over half an hour just to be served! (On crutches! No apologies! Only two people in front of us!) We upgraded to 'go large' which was stupid because we were both given a 'regular' serving of chips! We did complain, and they sorted it, but it felt like a bit of an insult! And yet again, no apology! There weren't more than 10 customers already seated instore at any one time. We usually love BK but definetely won't return to this one! In future we'll use KFC next door 👍

Very disappointed. Ordered Chicken Royale burger and got home to find no chicken in the bun. Tried several times to call the restaurant but no-one is available to answer, only a voicemail. Very expensive and salad roll!

DISGRACEFUL, don't have toys in the kids meals, refused to give you full fat juice, don't serve hot drinks because the machines "broken".And get this they refuse to serve you if you try to pay with MONEY 🤣🤣🤣

The Burgers were very tasty and the chips were cooked fresh and were nice and hot. 🍟However the wait time was very long. There only seemed to be three staff working despite it being lunchtime on a weekend and there was a good 5 minutes between taking orders at the till. It was then another 10 minutes for the food. The staff were working hard but looked run off their feet.Also only one of the two drinks machine that I've had lots of amazing flavours from at other BKs was working. And the working one only had four options. Fanta Zero, Fanta no bubbles, Coke zero, and Coke zero orange. It obviously hadn't been replenished in a long time.

Customer satisfaction, shot to pieces. Staff didn't care much for instore customers.After we got served there was a customer waited at least 15mins before being served.To me, All staff was caring about was getting online and drive-through orders put out before dealing with instore custom.Customer service definitely needs updating as it was absolutely abysmal

Poor service. Waiting time is ridiculous for a fast food franchise. The staff seem unsure of their roles and responsibilities. Just Eat seems to get priority over visiting customers. I doubt that I'll return.

Few times I've ordered food for delivery and havent been receiving full meal. Missing juice, dips an chips from the last order alone. Wait ages and food was cold too.Phoned to complain to be told its just eat we need to speak too, passed from pillar to post

Hands down the worst Burger King I've eaten in for about 30 years. Ridiculous wait. Staff seemed more concerned about getting the Just Eat orders out than serving the ever increasing queue forming in the restaurant. The cheeseburger I bought could've been used as a hockey puck and tasted about as good. Soft drinks were flat and tasted disgusting. Fries were lukewarm. Definitely won't be returning here.
