Costa is still my old faithful. Great soy latte and tiffin. Helpful friendly staff too. A beacon of success in an otherwise depressing Kilmarnock town centre.

Situated in the perfect position of the town centre. Costa Coffee offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, have a variety of sandwiches, toasties, cakes, and are working in partnership with M&S food. The best coffee in the town and there Christmas specials are back which are delicious. Staff all very knowledgeable and friendly, keep up the great work.

Just visited ,first customer on Sunday, never again, not what I'm used to from Costa. Drinks served by unmasked barista, ladies toilets were disgusting , clearly no attempt to clean before opening . Shortest time ever in a Costa.

The smoked bacon bap I have just received was so over cooked that both the bacon and the bap were so hard they were virtually inedible.. I paid 3.25 for a couple of bites.

Costa Killie ... they do a junkie special which is a slice of Carmel shortbread with a medium latte with 20 sugars. You think I jest but I dont. Been going for years and the staff are excellant, must say its always a pleasure to be served. The manager runs a good ship and the crew deserves credit as well.

Went in on a very wet day, social distance queue. Stood for 5 min + while the staff and 2 children being served messed about with phones. When they eventually moved on I ordered and was told I would have to fill in the track and trace before I could actually order! Being a man of a certain age this would require me to fish out my glasses and mess about on my phone while the queue got longer.I indicated that I would fill it in at my table but no, unlike every other Costas I have been in this was not allowed. So I left! Why didn't they say this had to be done while I was standing in the queue?Waste of time.

This coffee shop is handy as it's open after the shops close other one in precinct shuts at 5 which is bit limiting.Coffee good and cake too but only thing was the table we picked to sit at hadn't been wiped down. I know the obvious thing would have been to ask but long day and we had the tray so just got on with it. But tables should really be wiped down when people leave so customer's don't have to sit and look at wet rings and sticky bits then have to ask someone to come over and wipe it.

·

Standard Costa Coffee outlet with regimented menu, cakes, biscuits, paninis and sandwiches, and of course the standard coffee shop drinks. Sits in a good location in pedestrian zone and has outdoor seating. Interior is modern and clean with fairly good views via their large windows. Drinks were palatable and refreshing, service was as you would expect.

Tried their new cinnamon latte and brioche cake, as usual they both tasted lovely. The shops always clean and tidy and the staff are always very friendly
