Overnight Spa BreakFrom the minute we arrived until we left we were welcomed and served by superbly trained polite friendly efficient staff. The location of hotel is great. Rooms and facilities all to a very high standard.The Spa Break was wonderful. Spa staff were great, treatments fantastic and all in a lovely calm relaxing environment.Dinner was excellent. Service efficient but friendly, nothing was too much trouble, choice and quality of food on the set menu excellent.Breakfast the next morning didn’t disappoint and was the same high standard and quality.Could have happily stayed for longer and simply could not find any negatives to our stay.

Can't really fault this hotel/Spa , it is a classy place . I would certainly recommend it . We had a dinner , bed and breakfast deal and it was a lovely experience. Room was spotless and the food was delicious. We also used the spa which again was really very good . The staff are very pleasant and we were well looked after . 10 out of 10 😀

Super location in well tended grounds. Reception was impressive, quick but not hurried, friendly and professional.Hotel public areas exceptionally clean, as was outside the hotel. No litter or leaves or debris.Our room was immaculate, well furnished and the bed was very comfortable with snow white linens.Staff were professional and friendly, at the bar, at dinner and breakfast.Service was speedy.Would recommend and stay again.

We had a great time, on a dbb deal. The hotel was lovely and the food was amazing, the spa area was great and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only fault we had is our rooms were on the first floor and there is no lifts, my sister has a weak leg but she did manage. Would definitely go back.

Had a great time at the Lochside for a wee treat for my wife's birthday! Excellent service from friendly staff! Afternoon tea was amazing followed by a couple of cocktails to finish the afternoon off! Never hassled to finish quickly, took it all at our own pace! Great service 👍🏻

Had Afternoon tea for two.The spread was lovely.Everything came in small portion sizes, but each were of excellence quality and taste.Cup of Mushroom soup.4 finger sandwiches, with good quality fillings, egg mayonnaise, coronation chicken, ham and mustard.1small oatcake case with pate.Two small scones, plain and fruit with pot of strawberry jam and portion of butter.Finally there was 6 small portions of cakes, Eaton Mess, Strawberry tart, Coconut Slice, Carmel and Rice Krispie Slice, and Chocolate Cake.Choice of tea or coffee.Surroundings and view were wonderful.Thoroughly enjoyed.Only slight gripe is that the dessert plate was a bit much, but a box was supplied for taking what you wanted to take home.Would without hesitation definitely recommend.

What a beautiful place and such friendly helpful staff so nice. We booked the birchwood lodge we were all blown away absolutely stunning decorated to a very high spec rooms stunning pool amazing we all had the best two days there ever. Jaye the cocktail making chap was so funny amazing and brilliant a massive credit to your already amazing team. Manager was lovely too. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and I hope to come back in the near future. Spa room looked amazing just sorry I never got the chance to use it. We were having so much fun. Beautiful hotel. Very quiet location with lovely views. Room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Loved the setting, the staff were good, and the bar prices very reasonable. The room had a sliding door that opened I to a small patio area, would be nice in the summer. All in all a good stay, wife is heading back to try the spa facilities with a few friends. Would recommend if you are in the area and looking for a high quality hotel

We had a fantastic two day stay over Christmas in the amazing new Laurel Tree Lodge at Lochside House Hotel. It was modern, very spacious and everywhere was very clean. We had Christmas Day Dinner and Boxing Day Dinner in the hotel and they were excellent. Would definitely recommend and go back.
