It was really busy, so I was shocqked at how fast the staff got everyone served without skimping on quality.

Really liked the online order being brought to your car. Chips lovely and fresh and piping hot. Thanks

Only used the drive-thru but the service was good and the food tasted great. Recommended

Utterly awful the shift manager and drive through assistant need customer service training to say the least, I waited in a long queue for the drive through, when I got to the order point I waited patiently while three cars were served in the other order point ,, believing my order point was broken as there had been no noise or communication from it I drove on to the payment window where I was told he could t take my order and to drive round again,,,at this point the queue was out to the bell field interchange, all I wanted was two large fries, he wouldn’t put the order through and the duty manager told him to tell me to drive around and join the queue again,,, unbelievable,,, I would highly recommend a look at customer service attitude, I visit McDonald’s every day for my autistic son but this was unacceptable and will definitely make me go elsewhere and will share my experience here with my colleagues and acquaintances

This place has always been very clean and nice. It's McDonald's, food/menu is standard for the brand. The staff have always been lovely and welcoming, very kind and friendly, and even in the clearly stressful environment have not lost a jot of their patience and smiles: they make the place.

The branch only had small mclfurry cups which is fine but the lazy staff didn't even mix our mcflurries properly.Please train your staff how to correctly use the ice cream machines.The top of the spoon isn't just for show.

Absolute shambles. Ordered 3 kids meals and received 2 of them called the store to ask them to bring the other one. They refused saying I was to contact just eat. Apparently the, female was a, manager. Management skills need looked at big time.Will never order from here again as customer service was diabolical if I couldgive zero stars i would. Has cost extra to replace the missing meal

Watch out when ordering as yet again I've received an order which arrived very cold. Now that's not acceptable as its a high risk for food poisoning. All anyone asks for is food to be hot but apparently not with this one

The workers in Mc Donald's deserve a £500 pay-out as well as the rest of the key workers, great service from the young team at Bellfield. Fast and friendly during these bad times.Well done the young team, keep rolling on 🤗 your hard work has been noticed and appreciated, THANKS 👍

Had a snack here when in the area. It was my first visit to this particular outlet. Plenty of parking and disabled bays adjacent to the entrance, which is wheelchair accessible. Helpful staff who showed me how to place an order on the touchscreen boards because the tills were cash only for some reason. Food arrived promptly and was hot and fresh. Wheelchair accessible toilet was clean and well equipped. Covid guide lines followed by staff members.
