Had a takeaway from here and the service on the phone was not polite and also the order was not right and food was not nice and chips were hard

Usually Quick service and delivery, great food and good prices.Yet there seems to be new workers that are dragging the place down we placed an order as usual with no warning of long deliver before then phoning again 50 minutes later asking how long it would be before getting told that it would be another half an hour. We politely asked to cancel the order then as we were in a rush and couldn’t wait an hour and 20 minutes for our food they agree but then got a phone call back 10 minutes later getting told that if we wanted to cancel our order then we were to never come back despite being local customers that place orders at least once every week.

All workers friendly and food has always been good till let down in delivery after 50 minutes waiting with no warning of this we call to see how long it would be then told another half hour so having no time to wait we proceed to cancel 🤔which was fine till the ignorant owner called bk our phone and told us if we cancel the order not to come back !!Ignorant excuse of a man shouldn’t be allowed to deal with customers if that’s his attitude 😤absolute ignorant idiot of a man !😤
