Shah's Palace in East Ayrshire

This is the worst place i have ever had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a meal from. Granted i arrived at 12.30pm and the place was closing. So 1 x donner kebab was requested!! “Big mistake” first I’m told not enough meat and then the owner pulls a drawer open shouting plenty meat plenty”. I fully asked for a donner kebab i.e sauce and salad??? What ensued after should be reported to trading standards!! The owner heats a pitta and pulls out what can only be described as wood clippings that are curled at the ends and disgusting looking, then bang on que a young lad from the pub across the rd enters the shop. This is when things get interesting, he requests chips/donner/cheese. The owner grabs a handful of my already disgusting looking kebab meat,samples a bit(i can only imagine some sort or shah test) and charges the our wee guy £7. In the background 3 youths enter the shop and play a game of what do you think that is, such treats such as chicken which is confused as eel, pakora so dry it resembles (god knows) however this just convinced me to ditch the meal at the earliest. As i departed my partner and i were starving so we swung past Asda whilst getting rid of the kebab at the nearest bin in order to satisfy our hunger. Recommendations 1. All staff need a good deep clean 2. Stop ripping folk off and provide fresh safe food 3. Think about another job as you have no respect for customers and obviously are exploiting people under the influence. On a final note don’t sell people what you wouldn’t eat yourself, hell would freeze over before i ever set foot in duch an establishment again. Defo worst takeaway ever in my life and no concern for paying customers.

Good food, chicken kebab was great , football was not

Food was good, but arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. Disappointed.

Very good quality and tasty pizza and fries, even late at weekend nights when there are many customers

Ordered a £20 meal deal for only the pizza and two cheese nans to arrive. So phoned to be told I would get partial refund on Monday. So only small pizza for dinner. Not acceptable no phone call to say the system is not working. If too busy stop taking orders!!!

Only ever get the special kebab at a fiver. Yet to finish it. Soo much meat. Amazing value for money

Ordered from here last night as we were visiting friends in Kilmarnock. Curries were all amazing, we would definitely go back. Only one little thing we ordered a sweet nan that didn't come. But all in all they deserve the 5 stars

My personal favourite Indian takeaway. They do decent pizzas, very good curries and their Peshwari Naan is good and you can tell it’s been made fresh.

Got battered sausage and chips, chips weren't cooked properly and we're disgusting, and batter on sausage was more like wallpaper paste it was awful. After driving for 13 hours and thus place was ment to be good and it was a fair drive back to my Premier Inn I am extremely disappointed

Seemed to be ready way too fast to feel authentic, never got a sauce with my seekh kebab. Not much chicken, not much taste. Salad looked fresh.
