Quality fish and chips cooked to perfection.

Surgically clean chip shop. Everything I've ever eaten from here has been good. Big fan of their fish, puddings and fritters. The chips are good and the portions generous.

Tried it a few times, and now given up. Staff have been poor on each occasion, and the food always tastes and smells like cheap old oil. Hoping they up their game but feels like they're complacent due to their location.

First and most likely the last time I will visit this place despite being highly recommended by friends. We got a takeaway at the end of lunchtime. We went straight home 2 mins but we found the batter on the sausages was soggy and limp and the chips were swimming in fat. The food was lukewarm and had to be consigned to the food waste bin. It was obvious that nothing had been freshly cooked for a while and we ended with what should have been thrown out by any reputable eatery.

Best chips in Scotland. Really delicious, had them twice and always drive from Edinburgh to get them. Not greasy, very delicious and very authentic fish and chips.

I hadn't bought fish and chips for a while, and while the single fish and 4 fritters were very tasty the price wasn't. Over £8 for my meal, I nearly choked on it!!

Fish and chips hit the spot! Washed down with a white ripple cookie dough ice cream.Fish was very nice got a fresh batch so nice and moist and 2 bits of fish with plenty of chips made for a nice Sunday night dinner.Good selection of classic chippy dishes!
