The Coffee Pot in East Ayrshire

Best breakfast about, must stop if passing through.

The place is clean and the service good, we only had soup and that was tasteless and watery.

Home baking products were nice ,But coffee was very weak

First time in The Coffee Pot. I felt it was a bit awkward to know what to order. It was all on a blackboard on the wall, but from my table, I couldn't see it. It wasn't clear whether they done food/drink combo's etc? Unfortunately it was almost 20mins before anyone came over to serve me. I was almost ready to leave. It's a nice place. Spotlessly clean. Great location in the middle of town. It's quite obviously a popular choice as it was busy. I had a plate of chips, and a can diet coke. It came to just over a fiver. Nice wee place, but just 'average'. Saying that, I would still go back.

Delicious breakfast and coffee was so good i ordered a second cup before the first was finished. Fabulous.

It's a lovely coffee shop but £10.50 for two coffees and two cakes seems a bit expensive.

Had a lunch her, which was tasty. Manager and staff very jovial, a bit like a circus entertainer. It made the place feel real and that the emphasis was on the customer and not all about profit (though that is important too these days). A first visit, would call again if in area, prices I would say are reasonable.

Amazing food, i personally recommend the lentil soup as it tasted amazing, my boyfriend got the wee breakfast, said everything was cooked to perfection, the lattes were amazing, actually ordered 2 of them as they were so good! The staff were so polite and nice, i will definitely be going back!
