Barbecue King in North Ayrshire

Was ordering my takeaway and second time a ready come over 1 hour late. And food was a ready cold again 😣. And when I call back to talk to staf. Well staff no was friendly, was kinda rude to me at phone. I am very disappointed. I was using barbecue king more for 10 years, but last two orders was very bad. No more orders from me.

Rubbish. Ordered 6.25pm in the shop to be delivered. Hour later no food. Phoned and was told on its way. 35 mins later no food and no answer to calls. Very disappointing. Won’t be back. Don’t actually deserve one star.

Used this takeout a couple times now, there was one time where pizza was missing but was delivered. Last night our order was absolutely delicious! Best pakora I've ever had, pizza was so tasty and my partner told me his chicken kebab was beautiful.

The food you get is usually fine but it's so overpriced and the portion sizes are ridiculously small. Half the time there's items missing and there's no way to get through to them on the phone. Avoid this place.

Ordered here and they sent out a burnt Pizza, disappointing " Cheesy garlic bread " and none of the pots of sauce I paid for. Rang them and their response was we close soon sorry won't do anything about it. We was only staying in largs for a week so for anybody visiting id be wary of using this takeaway. Was not cheap neither paid about £35. Seems like they don't care about customer service or the food they produce.

Ordered food online & they accepted the order, gave us a 90 minute delivery time & 2.5 hours later, no food! From reading local reviews this is not the first time, shall be raising a dispute with my bank to reclaim my money, shocking behaviour from a local business!!!

Food lovely as usual but twice now we’ve not been given the naan bread and I never noticed until I was home. Live in Skelmorlie so too far to go back!! Disappointed!!

Dont take card. Didn't ask what I would like on my order or what salad I would like. When I said i would have liked some sauce they said they had put a tub in (of what I don't know) and I said I would like garlic and chilly. They untied the bag, took the mistwey rub out and out 2 others in. Small tubs and rushed me out the door. Unfriendliest and worst take away service I've ever had. Didn't even give me a fork.

Really enjoy this takeaway the food options are really good and food is made fresh. Staff are really nice and polite aswell. Sadly the last few times we have ordered for a delivery, the delievery has been 45 minutes to an hour past its estimated delivery time. It is a shame as the food is really nice but it is far too long a wait when other takeaways get the food to us within 30 minutes.

We used to like this takeaway. There is no issue with the quality of food but the delivery service is really poor.The last 2 orders items have been missing. The delivery driver told us to call the shop but the phone line is literally constantly engaged. All evening.I thought this was an oversight last time but now I feel scammed out of cash.I sent an online message asking for my card to be refunded - this was ignored. Annoying.Doubt we would order from them again.
