Burger King in North Ayrshire

Had to wait in the carpark for our meal having waited a further 7 minutes to be served at the drive though, asked for spicy mayonnaise but instead given ketchup. The woman bringing the food looked like she was ready for the undertakers, and looked overworked and under-payed. The burger meat nearly as thin as macdonalds and only just warm.

Ordered 2 meals at 6.30pm waited over an hour so I tried calling them 4 times but know one picked up. I cancelled my order and got a refund with a free burger next time I ordered. Delivery came at 9.40pm as I'd canceled I told him to take it back as I'd been refunded already plus I'd already eaten a Chinese I ordered instead. Tried to order online again 2 days later and it tells me they won't deliver to my address 😳🤯

I am a delivery driver for one of the delivery chains and I had to Wait for 20 minutes for meal tonight. I already had 3 other customer orders in my heated bag from other places. What was the holdup. Come on BK employees pick up the speed. One thing I like from here is the chips.

Poor service and cold food after waiting quite a while to be served as not enough staff it would seem. Someone taking drive through orders and another replenishing napkins? 6 people in queue and no one serving at counter...felt sorry for lady taking the drive through orders as was also trying to serve counter. Food was, at best, luke warm and that is off putting but could not be bothered to take it back as took long enough first time!.....will not be returning to this particular branch.

Waited in cue for 10 to 15 mins before any member of staff acknowledge me Nobody said sorry for keeping me waiting for fast food wasn't fast took ages and after I finally got served no apology for me waiting so long so not a good experience I'll go to McDonald's next time quicker and better service

Undercooked fries and a cold whopper and double whopper. Theyre on a timer was the reply after my mrs complained about it...I think the timer requires calibrating...Burger King used go be good...Not any more...

Ordered burger meals for delivery earlier and said meal was on way then said it was delivered. Which is not possible as we are still waiting on our meal so delivery driver has delivered our meal to some other house so someone has a free meal on us and this is the second time this has happenedDelivery service must be any old house will do not the delivery address.Terrible service and no answer at restaurant only an answering machine which is pointless as no one responds to message

Burgers luke warm. Chips piping hot. Some items unavailable. Messed order up. Poor if I'm honest. Medioca at best. Woman taking order on drive through had an attitude.

Loved my tasty warm food and very helpful staff members

The new Rebel Whopper is without a doubt a fair feast. It is meat free and very tasty. I am nog vegetarian but will be back for another. Staff are great in Irvine BK and it is kept nice and clean.
