Good quality tasty food and friendly staff.

I am not one to complain. I don't like to cause negitivity. However, this has to be said. Ordered for the first time from here and after taking a spoonful I am worried. I am 9 months pregnant and the food was inedible. My husband feels the same. The lot of the food was thrown out apart from what we tasted as it was so bad. A whole bottle of soy sauce was used I think... Perhaps to cover up the fact the food wasn't fresh. I am terrified now I'm going to become ill, seriously don't go here.

Ordered via food hub, 6pm. Finally arrived 7.40pm. No apology - food is bland, tasteless! Don't waste your money or your time. Avoid at all costs!!

Order took 90 minutes to arrive so it was cold when we got it.Food was bland and small portions for the price.Most worrying is that after ordering through their website I started to receive seriously dodgy spam emails saying that I had won all sorts of prizes, 'just click here to claim' type!!!

Been ordering from here over the last six months and not been disappointed yet. Brilliant food.

Chips were raw on inside, banana fritters - bananas were black on inside. Chicken was overcooked. Food was dry, tasteless. Would only offer refund if i took food back personally. Even after advising i was a pensioner and couldnt get out in this weather.Diabolical customer care. Will NEVER use this place again

Good food , great quality , good portion size, however!! Every time they blast the chips with salt to the extend you cannot possibly eat them. I have to tell them not to put salt in them. Tonight I forgot to tell them and once again they were ruined with salt. Pity!!!!

The food is good and it's a quick delivery. However my only issue is, if I place an order for a vegetarian meal. I would like to receive a vegetarian meal and not a meat dish.

It's simple - these 'people' should be ashamed of the swill they are shovelling at the public. Clearly only interested in the money and not providing healthy Chinese food to us. Neither friendly nor unfriendly they take only cash (the perfect laundering method) clearly they are not interested in providing quality products or presenting Kilwinning or Ayrshire in a good light but are just focussed on taking what they can get. On our visit there was a discharging blocked waste pipe just outside their door that stank - on mentioning the obvious danger to health this represented we were told in garbled English that it had been 'reported to the council', no sign of any attempt to clean it up or protect the public. If we could mark a zero for this place we would. Do not go to this place until they prove they are worthy of being good and responsible Ayrshire citizens by providing good food, cleaning up their takeaway and by providing us with options on how we pay and not what suits them and their possibly corrupt practices.
