Really enjoyed the new fabulous evening meal menu at Fintry. The McCaskie's steak and Balmoral Checken were fabulous, snd the evening view of the sunset over Bute and the Clyde was suberb. Great to see a new high quality evening dining facility on the island. Thanks to John, Bev, Luke and the team for a great evening

Very clean, tidy & well presented Cafe. Good selection of food, drinks & snacks. Excellent ☕ coffee & cakes, scones etc. There is an indoor seating area with big panoramic window with views out to Bute & Arran. Very big outdoor seating area with great views also, shaded covered super comfy lounge area & hammocks for adults to the rear. Children's play area off at the side of the seating area. Pleasant music played outside 👍 Great place.

Brilliant place for a lunch or ice cream stop when cycling round the island. Lovely staff and you can't beat the views. We love the new colourful cushions and sunshades outside too. 😃

Can't think of a nicer place to while away some time. Great coffee, cakes and ice cream. Beautiful views and lovely owners/staff. We'll kept and presented. Once the dine in restaurant opens it will be a stunning place for evening meals. Congratulations on a really great place.

Good selection of drinks, sandwiches and cakes. A safe area for kids but you can't leave them to their own devices. There is parking for around a dozen cars on the road, but it's an ideal stop off if you are walking or cycling around 10 miles of the island. About a tenner a day to rent a bike. I believe there are plans to provide an evening menu and possibly some accommodation.

Stopped for an early lunch on lap two of my first trip to the island. Nachos with beef chilli was just perfect to keep me going. The relaxed feel and stunning views from the terrace made me want to stay all afternoon but with a growing number of people arriving for lunch I decided to give up my table and get back to the cycling. Will definitely stop in next time I'm there.

Phenomenal! You could go to other cafes but you'd be a fool. This place is amazing and so well thought out. From the hammocks, the pallet loungers, parasols, fantastic food and lovely atmosphere this place lacks nothing. If you're on Cumbrae this is where you go. If you're going out for the day Fintry Bay is where you go. Side note, I got the vegan salad box and it was the freshest salad I've ever had, anywhere, ever.

Stunning scenery Lovely place to eat and drink and a cheeky ice cream, its like being a million miles away from home

Great set up, well worth a wee stop off. Outdoor seating in or out of the shade all with sea views. Plenty of quick bites, cakes and ice cream to choose from. Tree swing, mini bridge and hammocks in kids area. Plenty car or bike parking spaces. Soon to have a converted double-decker bus too..
