Haylie in North Ayrshire

Really nice views over over the islands around this area. We stayed for 2 nights here, and had a meal in restaurant on the last night. The meal was great, I had fillet steak and it was honestly the best steak Ive ever had.The room was on ground floor right nest to checkin and the walls were very thin, meaning we could hear everything that was being said in the entrance area. This didnt really affect sleep quality as the hotel is quiet at night but was a bit irritating from about 8am when the breakfast is being served and everyone is talking in the area!

I'm staying here for a month. Lovely family run hotel. Fantastic breakfasts. Great evening meal. Top notch. Rooms very comfortable. I've got a fantastic view over the sea.

The room was very clean, bed was super comfy , good quality bedding , evening meal and breakfast were delicious, great value ,thanks for a lovely stay Alan, we will be back x

1st class service and 1st class steaks.this wee gem of an hotel just keeps its standards up year upon year.the food is simply 10 out of 10.cant wait till the next time.

Very enjoyable short break at this hotel. Everyone friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent freshly cooked breakfasts and testy fresh fruit too.we had one evening g meal which was very good too. Excellent wine too.

A night away with the wife. Pleasantly surprised on arrival, checked in a bit early and went for a nice walk along the front. Returned for dinner which was excellent and staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, again the staff were top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend at the Haylie with friends. Lovely room containing a nicely dressed comfortable king size bed.En suite was might be a bit of a squeeze for some people. Nice power shower. Both breakfasts were cooked to order and of superb quality. A varied evening menu provided an enjoyable meal accompanied by a good selection of wines.

Lovely little find of a hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and ideal for an overnight stop. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Try the steaks...don't think I've ever had as nice a steak. Combined with stunning views from the dining areas this is well worth a visit.

Loved it. Brilliant room with separate wee living room with fridge and microwave. Super cleaned upon arrival. Lovely decor. Nice big bath with good shower and plenty of space. Good cupboard space. Tea coffee toiletries and an amazing views
