While waiting to be served, another customer had gone back up to the counter as part of their order was wrong and when we gout our meal for 2 people, they got part of it wrong too. Some of the staff seemed more interested in having a laugh and joke with each other rather than serving. It was not busy by any means, but they still took a while to serve us. I don't know how they did it, but the food tasted burnt, even though it didn't look it. It had been a while since I last use this particular KFC, but it'll be a while before I go back, if ever.

Service is simply terrible. People who work there seem to have better things to do but not work. During a busy period one guy is running around and is trying to clean tables and 4 others were watching. One star for this guy.Order: Out of two meals and a plain sandwich only one was writing. Yes this was a plain sandwich. .Here we come to the second star.The hood was really nice.Check your orders people.

Went in here today around 5pm. Asked for a trilogy box meal - no burgers! Asked for 2 boneless banquet meals, no beans or corn. Asked for a cappuccino none of that either....no krushems either. Only one car in front and waited a while. Opened our bag no sauces dips or salt or napkins. This place is diabolical. Won't be back.

Hadn't been to a KFC for years. Sadly, on this occasion, I was unimpressed with the standard of cleanliness of the premises and the food wasn't as I remembered it. Won't be back to this particular restaurant.

Enjoyed a quickunch, good service, food delivered double quick time. Loos fine, but tables a bit cluttered with peoples trays. Overall will be back though

Absolute worst fast food service anywhere. From constantly trying to upsell after you say no, incorrect orders, no consistency to food, always forget sauce etc. Today's was the worst, went to the drive through to take home, lids not fitted to juice, ended up with the drinks all over the car and gave me the wrong order, noticed it was wrong straight away then they started arguing with me when I queried it. Sort yersel out kfc, kfc is our favourite but the irvine restaurant is a disgrace.
