Missed out on the chips and prawn crackers it had more onions than beef in the curry and overall bad food

Took about an hour for my order to be ready (not even a delivery, was ordered in the shop), shop wasnt even busy. Food was cold when eventually got it and when I quizzed employee all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a half hearted apology. Wont be back.

Just called to put my order in and asked if they could take the skin off the tomatoes in the chicken and tomato dish to which they said no they cant do that 🤔 so cancelled the order and called golden city who were happy to do it. You just lost out in a £40 order 🤣

Absolutely fuming!Called placing an order after this Chinese was recommended for Veg Spring rolls and a Chicken chowmein....cost £11.70 (meal cost £9.20 from menu) at 5.15pm.2hrs 15 mins later after having to call back meal arrived to be told cost was £14.70!!£5.50 For delivery......what a complete rip off and will never have another carry out.We only stay 4 miles away.

Placed order 10 to 6pm order arrived 8.30pm 2hours 40 min for delivery and when it arrived it was cold. The spare ribs, were spare of meat as hardly any meat on the bone at all, disappointed and a waste of money

Normally order and pick up a takeaway from here as it's the best Chinese food in Irvine. Tonight decided to get the food delivered. Ordered at 6.30 pm amd was told delivery time would be 1 to 1.5 hours. Called them at 8.40 to be told only 2 drivers and as they were very busy the order was just going out. They need to improve drastically for me to order again as 2 drivers on a Saturday night is is just wrong. Not impressed with the service and the food was cold

After reading mostly positive reviews for this takeaway, my family and friend decided to order here.BIG mistake as it turned out to be the worst, most bland meal we have ever had.The meat was tough and fatty, sauces were gloopy and tasteless, wings were greasy.When we phoned we were told we could collect in 20 minutes, but waited another 40 minutes after arriving.. phoned to complain and they were apologetic but apologies didn't ease the financial burden of a meal fed to the wheelie bin and a trip out to the local chip shop ...

Never been disappointed from here. Food is always amazing and hot when it arrives at your door. Can not fault this take away one bit. I stay a good bit away from Dreghorn but only order food from here . Cheers for 5 star service as always
