Shanghai in North Ayrshire

Tried for the first time. Bought 1 chicken curry and 1 boiled rice. This was for 2 people. Absolutely brilliant, very tasty and more than enough for us. Will definitely be back.

Excellent food, fast service and friendly staff. There is adequate car parking on street. The menu is extensive and the speed of cooking is excellent.

The woman on the phone doesn't listen, I just made an order for 3 Chicken Curries, 3 Chicken fried rice, 1 large chips, 1 Chicken Balls and 2 bags of Prawn Crackers, I got no Chicken Curries but I did get everything else but she wouldn't rectify the problem without charging an extra £13, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN we got 3 large Chicken Fried Rice, and was charged £31.30

Never got to even order. No menus online - no website at all it appears. When you get there due to Covid you have phone order in - but the menu in window is almost illegible as it is so faded. Then they were constantly engaged. When eventually got through on phone was given curt instruction "wait" then could just hear other noises in background.Remember this was while standing outside in March in Scotland so hardly pleasant standing in the cold wind.Just gave up and went to another takeaway in the area. The food may or may not be okay but the service was so awful we did not get to taste it.

Waited over an hour for an order of two simple things, chips n curry sauce and chicken chow mein! Phoned them 32 times to find out where the order was to be told it had just left, subsequently cancelled the ordered only for the delivery to then turn up at our door 10 minutes later asking why i had cancelled it!Extremely poor service! Will NEVER be using them again, and will be recommending that NOBODY EVER USE THEM FOR DELIVERY

The worst customer service ever! You don't expect to be shouted at when your collect a meal. If I could leave no stars I would.

Nice little Chinese takeaway. Nice staff and decent quality food. Range of smaller meals available if you're not ready for the full size or have a smaller appetite.
