Shells Scoops in North Ayrshire

Ordered cookie dough which was just shop bought cookies, which we heated up and just fell apart. On the website it gives you option for cheesecake as a topping, had a call to say that it wasn't. Took flakes as an alternative, which were small and tasted out of date. Ice cream pretty much the same, said milky bar but apart from the smallest pieces you wouldn't know, more like ice scraped from the freezer. Only nice thing was the chocolate dipping sauce which I assume was Nutella so can't go wrong and the delivery was quick - course it was, not much to prepare. Had to bin and get a Vanilla Joe's. Now I am satisfied but sadly not from here. Disappointed that one star is the lowest you can give. Won't order again!!!

When we walked outside and tasted it we dropped our ice-creams in the next bin. They both were very grainy and tasted of the freezer. There were many big tubs in the counter, most with a few servings left in the bottom. We’re not experts but it would seem the ice cream has been kept for too long and likely been partly melted and re-frozen.

Not good. £6.50 for a small sundae & donut balls that were clearly just cupcakes bought from elsewhere - could see the lines from the wrapper.

This place is great for the weans so many different flavours of icecream, cakes,sweets spot on

Avoid Avoid AvoidMilkshakes were super thin and watery waited an hour and half for milkshakes and asked for no contact doorstep delivery that didn't happen either ordered cakes and cakes came and wasn't what we ordered would highly avoid and not order again

Yesterday I ordered the pancakes as I knew that on Tuesday's pancakes are half price as its advertised at the front of the shop, which the women proceeded to charge me full price for I also ordered the bubble drink and the straws that are provided are far too small, as a result instead of popping the boba in your mouth it pops in the straw so you just get a weird sack of skin in your mouth. I ordered the medium size which my cup was only about halfway filled up. The place its self is also a dump with paper work spread all over a table inside. I was really looking forward to going as I've seen in advertised on snapchat which honestly makes the place seem far better than what it is.

Where do i even start, i ordered online, got a bubblegum cheesecake for myself and a school dinner sponge for myself, a milkshake for myself and milkshakes for my family, and the absolute sweethearts gave me an extra slice of cake for free, how sweet! it really made my day and reminds me why Shell's is the best desert shop in ayrshire
