Went on weds 20th July.First the drinks machine was broken so had limited choice of a can of pepsi, bottled water or bottle of mountain dew. Next my order went missing and I had to wait for it to be made after already waiting. Then one item was missing from my order. Poor service on this occasion

Love the food from here although service was a bit slow but it was understandable with how busy the drive thru was

·

Nice service but the food is actually totally pantaloons. Was really excited as well all the way from hearing it on demolition man... so that's 30 years of pent up disappointment

Food is really tasty, service is always pleasant, affordable and (rare for fast food) always correct!

As we were nearby and had fancied a burrito for a while we stopped off. The order screen was playing up which made making the order awkward but we eventually got there. The food was great, hot and tasty. The volcano burrito is just delicious and the mini taco was awesome - a nice tasty bite with a fresh crispy salad garnish, goes down so well. The fries are good too but could do with being a slightly bigger portion.

Went in and was met by a fat lassy giggling with her two fat pals. Ignorant towards customers. Didn't offer any of the different filling and gave me a crunchy taco.Taco Bell used to be really good and employees were always helpful and nice but tonight it was 3 young lassies that all looked like they had no clue.

The staff are immature. Went in for a collection and stood five awkward minutes in front of them without so much as an acknowledgement, just lots of giggles and whispering. Finally get my order, juice is missing. The wraps were absolutely tiny, the 3 bags of fries flung in the bag upside down so they were spilled everywhere. Ate it about 3pm Sunday, come 11pm Sunday the 3 of us are vomiting. I’m putting it down to that food as it’s the only thing the three of us all had.

Started by Forgetting part of our order and also mislabelled the food.A chicken wrap was labelled as black bean burrito and was partially eaten by a vegetarian, which in this case wasn’t a major issue. However it is a small mistake that could seriously harm someone with allergies or worse.Staff should take more care to make sure and order is correct, and if they aren’t sure what an item contains then they shouldn’t be guessing.

·

The food is nice when they put the effort in but half the time your order is missing items or they have scrimped on other items. Was a favourite drive thru but I’ve lost trust.

We googled this location and checked the website and it states this restaurant is open until 2300.Missing a taste of home, we drove the 30 minutes to Irvine for Taco Bell. At 22:15 we parked and went in. The restaurant was lit up. The signs, the drive thru speakers were lit. The front door to the dining room was unlocked. We waited but no employees. After a bit my partner loudly asked if anyone was there. A young man came out of the back and said they were closed. With the door unlocked? YESWith the lights on? YESBut the sign on your door says open until 11 pm. It's wrong. Yeah, you know. Covid.No. I don't know how that would mean you close earlier than you advertise on Google, on your taco bell website AND on your restaurant door.I think they just wanted to keep playing in the back and didn't want to cook.I drove 30 minutes specifically for Taco Bell. Such a frustrating experience
