Place has went down the tubes... Sitting here in the front bar, walls peeling, toilets a mess, karaoke presenter who quite frankly is only interested in calling up the young women for a song... The Burns is now a mess... The owners and staff don't care...you want a friendly night out? Avoid this place... September 29th,2018

Only thing wrong with the burns tavern was it is a bit small, but was friendly and good price.

As a visitor from Glasgow I love that my fiancé and I went for a few drinks and were the only ones that who had a full set of teeth bar staff aside. What could be described as a poor man's bonkers was an impromptu cabaret show of under 18's in their 'uncle's' suits.. an ecoto fulled gurning competition and a dance off between two 40 ish females who were trying to evoke some sort of lesbianism but I've seen better lesbians at Westbrough Baptist Church ..please avoid this pub...

They have turned it into a restaurant downstairs now so that means me & the boys will need to go else where the dukebox has been taken away so can't listen to any music now such a shame that was our Friday & sunday home 😡😡.
