My friends and I had the most relaxing time at the newly renovated Spa. We were really impressed with the decor and facilities. Very calming interior and really Instagram friendly. The outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub was real treat and the service with drinks was excellent. Our treatments were so good and we all felt that our respective therapists took their time and made us feel super relaxed. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

One of the best leisure hotels I have. stayed in! Staff were extremely friendly and professional. The bedrooms are a great size and extremely. clean with good facilities for a business person travelling.I did not get a chance to use the Spa facilities this time unfortunately but I did get. a tour and I am super impressed with the level of detail and amazing. facilities. So I am planning on coming back with friends to experience the Spa! Just. a lovely hotel with great. staff!

Amazing spa! Would highly recommend it. The spa is beautiful and we loved the outdoor jacuzzi. The whole experience was really therapeutic. We were looked after by a lovely girl called Sammy who really took care of us. She was really sweet. Spa treatments were amazing just wished we booked them for longer. Food in the restaurant was really good. Our room was nice, the bed was really comfortable.

Absolutely superb! Clean, modern, comfortable. Great interior design making for a lovely atmosphere with outstanding food and copious portions. Literally couldn’t fault it. Thanks!

Called with friends for a meal on 7/2. Very disappointing. Two of us ordered breaded fish and waitress presented battered fish, calling it breaded. When I queried she said it was breaded but she would check with the chef. It was battered so she offered to change it and apologised. In the meantime the three others in our party had received and started their meals. After 5-10 mins my fish reappeared with lumps of breadcrumbs around it and batter underneath. As my friends were halfway through their meals by now and we intended eating together I accepted my meal and ate it. At no time did anyone ask how our meal was or if we had enjoyed it, not even when i went to pay the bill. At these prices i would expect far better service.

Rooms were lovely, we were on dinner bed and breakfast rate with bottle of prosecco in the room, absolutely fantastic stay, just wish could of booked a treatment but were obviously so popular at weekends they were fully booked 😀. On the set menu for dinner had the chicken strips the dip was amazing and then the fish and chips which was delicious throughly recommended a stay here !!

We stayed in the Ailsa suite and it was a great experience. It was totally worth the price; the suite was spacious but the private spa made the difference to the whole experience. One thing I didn't enjoy was the mattress. It was too soft for me personally but it doesn't mean that it wasn't a good quality. We had our dinner at the Coast restaurant; the staff were lovely and polite but the food didn't fulfilled my expectations. Overall highly recommended to those who would like a private relaxing weekend.

Had a lovely relaxing time at the thermal suite. We had a lovely meal at the Coast restaurant. Staff were really attentive and made us feel safe during stay. We would personally like to thank Lucy from the restaurant for being helpful when needed and she had a lovely manner and is an asset and great role model of how a hospitality member of staff should be. Had a wonderful stay with afternoon tea and use of the beautiful spa. Came home feeling so relaxed. Staff were extremely pleasant and made our break really lovely. Thank you

Went to the Coast restaurant.One of the better restaurants in the area. Menu had a nice mix without being too much. Could have maybe had a few more local produce. The staff were friendly and attentive. My daughter loved making her own pizza.Food was very enjoyable, served at a nice pace and good portions (not too much or too little) I would give it 4.5 stars (but you can't do that!) It would get 5 stars if it had a little more Scottish and local offerings... But you should definitely go to this for lunch or dinner. One of the best places in the area.
