The View Restaurant @ Seamill House Hotel in North Ayrshire

Poor service. Eaten here a few times without any issues but wouldn’t eat there again after tonight’s service. Asked for the menus again during our starter which never arrived, both me and my partners empty drinks went unnoticed while 6 staff stood at the bar oblivious. It wasn’t busy so no excuse. Offer if Ice-cream to pacify refused and left with 20% off the bill.

Great service, food very good, lovely decor.

Been here on few occasions for breakfast .Service very good attentive staff .Food is lovely and not expensive.Decor bright and modern. We will return.

It was most relaxing.Best food I've had in a long time.delicious.

Food delicious. Great choice of dishes on menu. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Definitely go there again.

Afternoon tea was good maybe more of a selection for cakes . We had afternoon tea in December and it was outstanding this time the cakes weren't great. Staff are lovely atmosphere and views are great .

Went here with friends for Christmas Eve.Sadly we had to wait a long time for our starter but the staff came and apologised for the delay due to a mix up and things out of their control. We were offered a complimentary drink as an apology. When the food arrived is was tasty and well presented. We had 3 course meal and all the food was tastyI would recommend The View not just for the food but also for the customer service.Thank you

We booked out the entire hotel for our wedding in August and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Dan, the Manager, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we met we knew we were in safe hands and its thanks to him that our day went so smoothly and so perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious, the team were so attentive and friendly, and the rooms are just beautiful. We're so glad we had our wedding at Seamill House and we can't thank Dan and his team enough. We cannot recommend this hotel enough whether its for a wedding, a getaway, a meal or even just a glass of wine after a beach walk. Looking forward to visiting here for years to come! Thanks again :)

Beautiful setting, fab food ,great staff.

Great lunch served in pleasant surroundings. Staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was not overly busy, ordered were taken and delivered without feeling rushed. The food was delicious. Clean plates all round...always a good sign. Can't wait to visit again.Well done The View. 👏
