Newly Refurbished Motherland Spice, Delicious Lunch meal, With very clean trendy toilets.There are 3x Sitting areas.Pleasant chatty staff,( but the only fault was the long wait between starter and the Main course). I would recommend.*Motherland Spice*

Played here as a gigging musician. Crowd were second to none. Made the night incredible. Staff were lovely and drink prices reasonable. Well worth a visit

Food is excellent, was there today with family and can't fault it, service was good and staff very nice.

Great food and good company

Not overly impressed. This used to be a great pub with loads of atmosphere. Now the tiny bar and the 'savoury' clientele makes it feel like a big dinner hall. Such a shame. The girls behind the bar are it's only saving grace

Food was fantastic! Mushroom starter was perfect. Steak sandwich and chips were fabulous. Stole a wee bit of my mum's steak pie and that was gorgeous too. It's just the ambience of the place that lets it down. Feels like you're eating in a big draughty barn. I can understand why they moved the bar but its lost its character. Full compliments to the chef and the staff, the food and the service were amazing.
