Tony Macaroni at Nardinis in North Ayrshire

Would genuinely leave a zero star review if I could. The maitre de/ front of house manager was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Extremely rude to my entire family (2 kids under 5 as well)The food & rest of the waiting staff may be entirely agreeable to people (potentially me) though after the way we were treated when being shown to our table … lasted 4minutes before deciding to leave.Allergria just along the road was incredible.. 5stars

We usually love Toni Macs so this is just a heads up. Our booking could not be found but people make mistakes and that is okay. However, a tall man 50ish who was at the till said he only had an hour and 15 mins slot left till he needed the table back and when I said we didn't know if that was long enough, he said that that was all he could offer, no apologies and he was totally disinterested. All he had to do was apologise for the mix up and we would have booked for another day. We went to Room instead and couldn't have been treated better.

Not a nice greeting when we went in the person was struggling to find our booking. Bit of a mix up with food as garlic bread was delayed and I had to ask for it twice and wait and wait.... Food was nice enough and great value as half price shame about the mix up. Next time we will ask for a table away from the door as a bit chilly. Note to servers clean the tables but also look under as there was food dropped on the floor. Might give it another bash but being in Largs there is so much choice

I was hesitant to go here as I thought of it as just another chain. My expectations were low, they will not be next visit. We took the pronto menu so can't comment on portion size, but 2 courses for £13 was great value. The food was excellent, everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. The kids meal was large and served first to give the little one a head start on her food. We will be back.

Great Food, great staff, reasonable prices. Wide selection on menu. Clean and pleasant environment.. Recommended.

Great food. Poor boy who's new made a wee mistake with the starters but was so apologetic. Didn't ruin our experience. We felt sorry for him. We all learn from our mistakes👍

Great find, great service abd very reasonably priced. Only discord we experienced, was trying to locate the venue. No Tony Macaroni sign anywhere and we went around in circles. Nearby Chippy staff signposted us to the side buildings of Nardinis and advised it was a common occurrence. Even a small sign on the door alone would have assisted us to arrive on time as parking was not an issue. Overall we would definitely return. 👍

Apologies, that was meant to be a 5 star review. We had a superb meal - the only disappointment was we didn't have enough room for ice cream afterwards! Thank you for superb service too!
