Zains Curry House in North Ayrshire

Ordered food many times. Customer service has always been great but the food is never as what it used to be. Chips usually undercooked and other foods either really bland or really greasy. Pizzas are horrible too. Sorry Zains. You spent all that money on a new shop and this big promotion and then provide poor quality food.

As usual service being non existent from zains pre ordered a meal at 15:59 for delivery at 17:30 no sign at 18:14 phone to see where the order was to be told it was on the way phoned back at 18:50 to be told there was a till error and the food wasn't even started to be cooked yet not the first time zains have made an arse of it complete shambles as always.

We got the food and we were missing a chicken pakora "boat". I call up and they say they'll send one out and it will take 20-30 minutes.40 minutes later it arrives. The boat was meant to come with salt and chilli chips, so I have to call up again. 40 minutes later, almost 3 hours after ordering, the order is complete. To top things off, the curries were pretty poor - not dreadful, but no better than a ready meal. I can say with certainty I will never be ordering from here again.

Shocking!!! Avoid at all costs! Order arrived and not only was it completely wrong but there were several items missing too. Strict vegetarian given mixed pakora with chicken instead of veggie. A replacement was promised and has not been delivered. Customer service was shocking, the person on the phone couldn’t have cared less when we phoned back. The most expensive take away I’ve ever had and the worst by far!!!!

Very nice fresh food. Huge menu. And always good quality. Recently tried their deserts which are huge and taste great as well as very well priced!

Not good. Money wasted. Burger was fine. Pizza appalling! Topping just slid off the soggy base. It was mush! Chips - underwhelming. Felt like phoning to complain and ask for my money back. Zains used to be really good before expansion. Doubt we will get anything from here again.

Been going to Zains for many years and gradually seeing a decrease in quality since they have renovated. Most recent order tasted like it had been reheated and the nan bread luke warm, we called to complain and to their credit they did offer a replacement but we had already travelled back and being Christmas eve did not want to travel back or wait longer for delivery. Was offered 20 percent off next order but doubt I'll back

Zains is a very busy Takeaway/Delivery ,with pleasant helpful staff and a huge selection of meals.I would certainly Recommend and Order more of these very tasty meals. Zains is only a phone call away to deliver Fast Hot Meals.(the phone number is on the Menu).

Tandoori mixed grill was absolutely phenomenal and absolutely huge for the price as well. Enough to feed at least 2 people, or like me just eat it on your own for 2 whole days 😂 meat cooked to perfection and unreal flavours.

Delivery expectation says 40 minutes, waited an hour and a half. Food came cold and burnt. If it was a one off I wouldn’t bother with this review however, time and time again I get burnt cold food. Terrible customer service who pie you off the phone or completely ignore you when you want to know when your food will arrive.I will no longer be buying from Zain’s, tired of being let down.
