Shop is dirty and very understocked, some staff are either ignorant or too busy talking to each other

Helpful staff but lots of shelves empty

Just went In for a can of juice and a packet of cigarettes at the 24 hour store...three women loading a shelf talking about there husbands life etc next to the kiosk, I approach the kiosk next to the women to buy my goods to be told the kiosk isn't open.....now I've been in numerous times at this time of the day before, no one is ever manning the kiosk but someone always does so when needed....guess not today!! Pathetic customer service! wont be back ! Normally buy my shopping online from the store....not anymore.

Really poor quality picking in store.😔 I have just received my first online order. (It will be my last order, from Asda too!) .I am currently housebound following a bad fall . Unable to drive, using a walking frame or crawling, mostly just stuck. I have no neighbours or friends here . I was reliant on you and trusted you to pick my shopping for me.I have been sent 8 wraps ( slashed open at the back) and 4 croissants to eat by tommorow. I live alone! Kale yellow and so limp you could use it for shoelaces. The ham( Extra special) 2.75, is nothing but pure white fat, I feel ashamed to throw it in my bin. Who on earth would pick that off a shelf or have even put it out for peoole to buy in the first place.? I am deaf , people who are visually impaired, rely on your service too. I am lucky enough to see the poor quality , you have a duty of care to your customers. You have failed miserably!To the person that picked Galloways order today, you are an utter disgrace. You need to be sacked.Imagine living alone in a rural area. I am now left in a position of having to re-order again. Stay awake, when I need to take pain relief and sleep (just to escape the pain).I am furious. I have claimed a refund, but that is not the point. I now have the worry of making a purchase again and being disturbed. Having to purchase the basic amount again, 25 pound to receive an online order!Also, I am unable to reach my bin to throw this rancid stuff away.To the store manager, this picker needs to be disciplined/sacked, for their cavalier attitude.David your driver was delightful. Please reward him.I was unable to hand items back, as I am very slow at the moment and did not want to hold your driver up as I know he is under pressure to meet time targets.I am very disappointed.

Excellent customer service, always well stocked, great variety of food and drinks, household products and good quality and range of clothing. Really good value for money.

I took a ring to your store who needs a wheelchair I was very disappointed your wheelchair was dropping to bits and no-one to help and trolley left out in rain

The delivery driver Gerard was very aggressive and hostile towards me, I’m disabled and when asked for help packing he shouted at me and refused until I said I would make a complaint then he threw the creates down and threw the stuff in to a bag, it’s left me feeling shaken and unwell this is how they treat disabled customers who spend £100+ a week with them, it’s disgusting, if my cctv caught how conduct it’s going on social media for the world to see

Use this store 2-4 times per week and over the last 12 months or so have found the staff to be getting less and less helpful and more rude towards customers, even shouting and swearing at each other down the aisles, pushing pallets and cages infront of you making you have to move out there way like your an inconvenience to them. The amount of times the checkout staff don't even say hello to you just ask for the money once shopping is all thrown through. Also the amount of times items are ringing up higher prices than displayed. You also see almost zero staff wearing a mask

Well done to the man (with the unusual hairstyle) who was dealing with the click and collect seemingly on his own. Patient and courteous even though he was under pressure. Thank you.

Its a very useful store. Open 24hrs a day, lots of deals, and lots of sales. They have a little bit of everything.I love how they have diapers in the baby changing bathroom that are free to use for those in need of them.I dislike their self check out systems. They are not as convenient as they appear. Lots of errors to the point you need assistance. And late at night you may be waiting a few minutes to get someone over to assist.
