Beijing Palace in South Ayrshire

Ordered a meal for myself and my son . Not impressed . Food was cold .

Ordered from here the other night. The food was awful and the customer service was disgusting. I had to return the meals back, which they were refusing to refund me at first. The staff are extremely rude, especially the young girl with the glasses. She seemed like I was bothering her when I called to complain about the food, saying 'what do you want me to do about it' and then hung up the phone when I asked for them to collect the food and give me a refund. They don't value their customers at all, only interested in taking your money.

We ordered here about 2 hours ago still not arrived. So disappointed. I am changing my review to 5 stars because the food came and It was amazing

got a takeaway from here on saturday night. I stay in ayr town centre and drove around ayr looking for a chinese that was open but all were closed which is understandable with the pandemic thats going on. Headed out of ayr and drove towards prestwick to see if i would have anymore luck. Luckily found beijing palace was open. First time i have used this takeaway and was superb

The staff seemed a bit miserable and acted like eating there was a massive inconvenience to her and like we were ruining her day by making her get up and serve us.Wasn't very good food either, had better microwave meals from Aldi. Also the drinks were overpriced, £1.80 for a small glass of milk! What's that about?

Always been a nice place and the food is great! deliveries been a wee bit late now and then ..but it is a busy restaurant so no complaints and very nice delivery drivers too! Recommended

The food here is very very nice, I've never had a meal that I didn't enjoy. Priced well and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service. Started getting Chinese takeaway from here about 4 years ago and haven't been to a different one since. Highly recommended

The food is actually ok however some of the staff are extremely rude. Especially the tall younger girl. Shes worked there for a while. She should of been sacked a long LONG time ago !!! The way she speaks to customers & treats them is absolutely disgusting. She's an employee & her job is to serve the public, if she can't do it nicely & with a smile on her face then she shouldn't do it at all. She is the reason I will never order/eat from here again !! Loose her & they'd probably gain a lot more custom. Everyone I speak to has the exact same complaint about her !!
